Kay Builders review: The company has persuaded us to sign the contract

I spoke with the rep of Kay Builders and he offered me to sign the contract and choose the preferred mortgage broker. I think about it and wanted to refuse, but the rep said that they would penalize us for $2, 700. So, in order not to lose money, we agreed to sign the contract and every time, when we had completely different point of view, the rep reminded us about this contract. It was unfair and unethical.
