I ordered a dress from this company 5 weeks ago, my credit card was debited the next day. I have never received the item and despite numerous emails without reply I have not receved a refund...can you help? Regards Teresa Boyle

the same case with me. I ordered dress 2 weeks ago, but still nothing.
And nobody answers from CONTACT US.
Did you received a dress or still waiting?

Hello, I suggest you choose Peridress next time. There are 3 ways to contact them, tel number, live chat and emails. They always reply you within 48 hours. I got my wedding dress under $300, and it is also same as picture. The quality is good.

Oh MY GOD, I ordered a dress 3 weeks ago, I have paid for it on full but it still has to arrive. I 've contacted them numerous times but the replies have been a joke, I don't know what to do next, any ideas?

Hello, I'd like to recommend Peridress to you if you want to purchase dress on line. I have purchased my wedding dress from Peridress. The dress arrived in time. I love it so much! It is great for such a price! My neighbor who was a seamstress was impressed about the work on my dress! I am so happy! I will purchase more dresses from Peridress in the future. All of you can't miss it.

I place an order on this web site. Never got my goods or any refund. They won't reply to emails. THey should not be allowed to
get away with this fraud.

Could you post the web address of the site you had problems with please? There are lots of sites with similar names so it is difficult to know which one your issue was with. Tks

I was the same. Ordered a dress from quiz on Karen Millen outlet site. Severely dissapointed 5 weeks later no dress. My sisters wedding Friday and now no dress to wear Plus an extra €50 on top of original price was taken out of my bank account. Here’s a link to the website I really hope someone starts doing something about this before more people are scammed?!
