Just Grab review: Credit card charges

I am Simran Mootha and I booked a Just Grab yesterday, 4/4/17 at around 9 pm from Rochor Canal Road, Booking code IOS-[protected]-2-027.
Lim Si Han Elton was supposed to come pick me up and after waiting for over 10 minutes I got a message and e-recipt that my card has been charged with 4$ (original $9 with promo code). The details of the driver had also gone from the app and was unable to contact him. This is extremely unprofessional and I would like a full refund as soon as possible.
