Juan Mas Marques D.O.B. 01/25/1938 born in Palma de Mallorca.
Juan Mas Marques arrived in the United States from Palma de Mallorca, Spain in 1976 with his wife Isabel Cristina Mirbohigas and three daughters Isabel Cristina Mas Mirbohigas, Maria Rosa Mas Mirbohigas and Maria Elena Mas Mirbohigas.
Ms. Isabel Cristina Mirbohiga's family emigrated to Palma de Mallorca from Cuba.
Juan Mas Marques was in prison in Madrid for several yeas, after having joined the Spanish Legion and signing a 6 year contract, he was sent to the Spanish Sahara. After only a short period of time in the Spanish Sahara, Juan Mas Marques assaulted a Spanish Captain and was charged with assualt with a dangerous weapon and Mayhem. Juan Mas Marques was arrested by the Spanish military and sent to a Madrid prison where he awaited his trial. He was found guilty all charges and sentenced to a prison near Madrid, Spain.
Once back in Palma de Mallorca, Juan Mas Marques committed a SEXual assault towards a family member. His niece Carmen Garcia Mas, who was the daughter of his sister Maria del Carmen Garcia Mas. Carmen Garcia Mas was underage at the age of 17, when Juan Mas Marques had picked her up from the clothes store where she worked as a Clerk and then refused to drive her home. Instead, Juan Mas Marques forced Carmen Garcia Mas to go with him in his Seat 850 to an undisclosed location and forced himself SEXually on Carmen Garcia Mas. Carmen Garcias Mas told her mother Maria del Carmen Garcia Mas and Juan Mas Marques' own mother Maria del Carmen Mas Andreu beat him up in front of his sister Maria del Carmen Garcia Mas and was told to stay away from Carmen Garcia Mas and never have any contact with her.
Juan Mas Marques is a SEXual predator. He had several children with the tourist women that would show up in Mallorca and who he would date because he needed the money. One Hungarian woman who was living in England in the 1960's called Juan Mas Marques, in order to let him know that she was having his child. Juan Mas Marques' response was so what, what DO YOU WANT me to do about it. And he essentially told her to get lost even though she tried to make contact with him again and letting him know that he had a son. This is just one example, as there are many more.
Juan Mas Marques married Isabel Cristina Mirbohigas because she came from a wealthy family in Palma de Mallorca and they owned many properties.
They had three daughters born in Palma de Mallorca, Isabel Cristina Mas Mirbohigas, Maria Rosa Mas Mirbohigas and Maria Elena Mas Mirbohigas.
Juan Mas Marques was denied entry into the United States on many occasions because he had active Tuberculosis. After several attempts to gain access to the United States, Juan Mas Marques had a Doctor in Spain falsify his medical results, in order to state that his Tubercolosis was dormant, when it actually was active. Also, Juan Mas Marques lied to US Authorities, stating that he was never in prison in Spain and had no criminal record. This was a completely made up lie on his INS entry documents to the United States and he should never have been allowed into the United States.
In 1976 Juan Mas Marques gained entry in to the United States, by fraud and lying on his INS documents and having his diagnosis for Tuberculosis fraudulently altered by a Spanish Doctor. By way of a pay off of course.
Juan Mas Marques only has the equivalent of a 4th grade education but when applying to jobs in the USA he continuously lied about his edcucation. Stating that he had High School and at times above High School.
When entering the United States in 1976 Juan Mas Marques did not want his three daughters to have their full name Mas Mirbohigas because he did not want any backlash about his criminal records in Spain. So, again he lied to the US Immigration authorities and told them that his three daughters' last names are only Mas, instead of Mas Mirbohigas.
Juan Mas Marques received public assistance himself and his family. That included his rent was being paid by US Taxpayers.
It didn't take long for Juan Mas Marques to go after other women behind his wife's back. Within a short time after working at the Ramada Inn as the Head Waiter, he hired a much younger woman named Carol Smith. It didn't take long for Juan Mas Marques to make some moves on Carol Smith and they got SEXually involved. Juan Mas Marques was literally living with Carol Smith for years and they even had a child or two, while his wife Isabel Cristina Mas Mirbohigas was working in a uniform factory.
When Isabel Cristina Mas Mirbohigas was pregnant with Juan Mas Mirbohigas, she decided to give birth to him in Palma de Mallorca. Upon returning to the United States with her son Juan Mas Mirbohigas, she and Juan Mas Marques made sure that in the United States his name would show only as Juan Mas.
One day in 1985 Isabel Cristina Mas Mirbohigas was shopping at Stop & Shop nearby where Carol Smith lived and she ran in to Juan Mas Marques with Carol Smith. Isabel Cristina Mas Mirbohigas blamed everybody but the one person that was responsible for screwing around on her Juan Mas Marques.
Carol Smith had filed and placed several Restraining Orders and other charges against Juan Mas Marques but he was always able to butter he up and have her dismiss all those Restraining Orders and criminal charges.
Juan Mas Marques has disowned many of the children that he has had with many women all over the place. Including women that he was screwing around with when he was driving out to the midwest, as a Truck Driver. Then there were so many tourist women that were coming to Mallorca every Summer and before and during his marriage with Isabel Mas Mirbohigas, that he was knocking up and then telling them to take a hike, once they communicated to Juan Mas Marques that they were pregnant with his children.
This [censor] Juan Mas Marques should never have been allowed into the United States after having lied on his INS documents and had his medical documents fraudulently altered, when it came to his Tubercolosis diagnosis. Juan Mas Marques was able to gain entry in to the United States by lying to the INS, today called ICE and on the US State Department documents and not disclosing that he had a serious criminal record in Spain and had served prison time for several years in Spain.

Juan Mas Marques had his house, where his Spanish wife Isabel Cristina Mas Mirbohigas, who hates the States, subsidized by US Taxpayers. Isabel Cristina Mas Mirbohigas has no problem in taking what she can get from the United States like subsidized housing, Medicare, Medicaid and all kinds of other US taxpayer benefits, when in fact her entire family in Spain has enough money for her to buy her own house, instead of living off of US Taxpayers. This is just the tip of the iceberg of the abuses by this family to US taxpayers, when in fact they should not even have been allowed entry in to the US to begin with.
Juan Mas Marques was imprisoned under this Spanish law of "Vagos y Maleantes" in Mallorca. Basically this law was to catch people who did not want to work and were being lazy of bad character and wanted to live the good life on other people's dime. It was a vagrancy law made in Spain to stop people from trying to freeload and to get people to work.
Juan Mas Marques had lived with a waitress named Carol Smith aka Carol Harrison form many years, while his wife lived on the other side of town having the rent subsidized by US taxpayer. They have no shame and will take whatever they can get their hands on. Especially if nothing comes out of their pockets.
In 2007 when Carol Smith passed away, Juan Mas Marques conveniently went down to Punta Gorda, Florida and bought himself a house. One has to wonder where that money came from?
Then Juan Mas Marques' wife Isabel Cristina Mas Mirbohigas who blamed everyone else for Juan Mas Marques deceptive running around with other woman, essentially since they were first married, continuously gets back with this user, instead of divorcing him like she should of before she even left Mallorca to come to the States.
Juan Mas Marques is a creep and what one calls a 'Back door man". While his wife is taking care of his kids and working, he is out flirting and picking up women. Fooling around with any woman he can get his hands on. while his wife and kids were being subsidized by US Taxpayer. Juan Mas Marques moved to Punta Gorda in 2007 to try and continue fooling around with younger women other than his wife Isabel Cristina Mas Mirbohigas.
He married his wife Isabel Cristina Mas Mirbohigas because she and her family have money and properties.
Juan Mas Marques worked has little to no schooling and worked as a gas station attendant on the Avenue Gabriel Alomar near the harbor of Palma de Mallorca. Before coming to the states and lying on his job applications that he has all this schooling and experience that he never had, he was pumping gas at a gas station in Palma de Mallorca.
Juan Mas Marques also failed to disclose the fact that he had been arrested on many occasions in Mallorca under the law of "Vagos y Maleantes" and imprisoned after repeated offenses. This Spanish law of "Vagos y Maleantes" was created by Francisco Franco in Spain, in order to get the lazy bums and vagrants off the street and to go out and get a job.
Juan Mas Marques was caught many times by the under cover Spanish police force sitting at outside Cafe's or Bars with tourist woman from Sweden, England and other countries, where these woman paid all the bills for their food and drinks. Of course Juan Mas Marques always wanted the woman to pay for everything and then have sex with them. Many of those tourist woman had children from Juan Mas Marques, which he always disowned.
They are users and abusers. They should have been immediately reported to the INS when they came in to the States by way of fraud in 1976 and deported.
