J&S Autohaus review: Missing title

I purchased a 2022 Prius Prime May 15, 2023, no financing. They requested photographs from all 4 sides of vehicle to apply for title. I still don't have the title. I traded in my old car for this one. They have the title to my car but I do not have title to the new care. J&S Autohaus tell me it's in the mail, or they are going to DMV, or their agent is checking on it but still no title. They are ignoring my calls. I have clean carfax record. What can I do?
