Bad company--rip off make a mistake on line and only the company can correct it..BUT for each error you make the company will charge your bank account and hold that money for 7 days. you have the stress to contact your bank and file to get your money back. SO JPAY used your money for 7 days without interest and then they give it back to you. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY!
I purchased a Player back in April and have had 3 players sent to my son everyone of them were broken and now waiting for the 4th to arrive and it was supposedly sent July 20th and yet to arrive...is it being delivered by pony express! This company doesn't care if you report them to the BBB in Florida and when you call them they are the most unhelpful bunch of bad people! its a total scam beware, they will steal your money!
THE JP3 PLAYERS SUCK! I was locked up at Coyote Ridge Correctional in Washington and they treated us like crap! Greg Levine is a car salesman that sells you this piece of and tells you he will take care of you, then runs away never to be seen again. The players never worked, the kiosks would double charge you or even triple charge you then jpay takes your money and you had to complain to get your money back which could take months. If your player broke you sent it in and would take weeks or months to get back to no reimbursement. I still have friends insidfe who have bought a JP3 and still have not recieved one for 6 months. This is with all of WADOC. It was only when one of their technicians I remember ryan hemmingwway who helped us out alot at the beginning and the only time i ever felt secure with JPay. WARNING STAY AWAY!
I purchased one of the MP3 players Jpay offered so inmates could then purchase "Jpay" music for another fee. The over priced MP3 player was received by my brother as well as many others in the Washington State DOC BROKEN. Being that Jpay is the only vendor for these MP3 players, they were to return them to Jpay for repair. That was 6 months ago. Still no MP3 players, still no refund, still no answer on when and where a replacement is. Everything I have called Jpay to ask this very question I am told a different answer. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM JPAY!
