This guy claims to be the one to see if you've had bad dental experiences in the past. I came to him today for the first time after booking an appointment last week as I am in much pain from a broken tooth that is infected.

I explained to him that I had, in fact, had bad experiences in the past which is why I hadn't been to a dentist in awhile and was now cautious. Since he professed to be THE guy for folks with that problem I THOUGHT I was in the right place. It turned out though that the dentist I had experienced problems with was one of HIS BUDDIES and, therefore, he wanted nothing to do with me.

So he sent me away KNOWING I was in a lot of pain.

Where are the ethics in this profession?

Terrible experiences. I dreaded going to the office, and NOT because I hate "going to the dentist." It was a miserable place that made me feel like no one really cared about my dental health, he just wanted my money.

Actually he was a good Dentist but he does have an attitude of arrogance about him . My friend was told to leave because he " complaigned about the service . Now I think he flew the coop since when I called his office another Dentist took over his practice and he never sent me a notice he was leaving . Who knows ? Like I said he does good work but you better not complaign or he will show you the door . Another thing is he always wanted X rays even if you just had them last week to hit you up for another $85, and like the other people above said he is in it for the money and does not really seem to " care " about your real needs at all .

All I can say is: GET A SECOND OPINION. Doing this saved me several hundred dollars. Dulski gave me bad advice, which I suspected, so I went to another dentist for his opinion - before spending a significant amount of money. He felt it was unnecessary. He was recommended by a friend, who has since left his practice for a different reason. I liked the hygienist, but I refuse to pay for expensive services that aren't required, so I have left his practice. Very disappointed with Dr. Dulski.

It's all about making money.

I was amazed at the stack of financial guarantee papers I had to sign before my first treatment. I wish I had seen this site before I went to him, because I agree that I did not receive personal or gentle treatment. He does try to set himself apart from other dentists with the "gentle as a lamb" tagline (whatever that means), but it is strictly advertising hype.

Even the staff seems distracted and disorganized.

He is a dentist with an attitude, and I decided one visit was enough. I complained to my insurance carrier about having to pay in advance with a check (his office policy, which is patient unfriendly), then submit the bill to them for reimbursement. They had heard it before.

I agree with Mr. Fedup, and speak from experience, that I would avoid this practice.

I was a patient of his for a short time.

He was condescending and, in my opinion, more concerned with getting paid than with his patients well being. I spent the first half hour signing papers insuring payment. I asked the receptionist about all the financial paperwork, and she just rolled her eyes and shrugged. It just seemed like a dental production line. I could definitely see him giving someone the bum's rush instead of taking the time to understand the patient's concerns.

Judging from the above comment to Mr. Fedup, it sure looks like he reads these comments. Maybe you should have offered to tip him.
