There is a voice recording going around the receiving dept of Carlos telling Nate that Carlos was going to have intercourse with Nates sister. Nate told Carlos to stop saying that and told Carlos that his sister was only 16 years old. Carlos said that didn't matter and that he was going to do it with his penis (which is not the word Carlos used) or his finger it didn't matter to him either way. Nate got upset and walked off of the truck that they were offloading. When Nate walked off the truck Carlos went to the lead Damien and told Damien that Nate called him the N word and gave him the middle finger. Which Carlos has lied about. Carlos uses the N word like it is the word the. When Nate tried to talk to the supervisor Jeff so he could listen to the recording Jeff told Nate I don't want to hear about it it is over and done with. I haven't had many jobs, but the things that go on at Jordan's is like watching a mob movie with all the cover ups. How is it that someone can say nasty things that they would do to a coworkers under age sister and the supervisor thinks it is ok. Really how do these people get these positions. That's what Carlos does, he just keeps on bullying people and Jeff just keeps covering it up. If you ever thought about working here don't get a job in the receiving dept. you will hate it.

Carlos was bullying Nate by telling Nate that Carlos was going to have intercourse with Nates sister who is only 16. When Nate told Carlos to stop talking about his sister because she was only 16 Carlos just kept going. Carlos said ( I'm not going to use the offensive language that Carlos used) that he was going to have intercourse with Nates sister with his penis or his finger he didn't care which one. Nate got upset and left the truck that they were off loading. When Nate left Carlos went to the lead Damien and Carlos told Damien that Nate gave him the middle finger and called him the n word. That's a flat out lie. Also, Carlos uses the n word like most normal people use the word the. When Nate went to talk to the supervisor Jeff, Jeff told Nate I don't want to hear it it is over and done with. This is the typical cover up for Carlos at Jordan's. No matter what he does, who he bullys he always gets away with it. Carlos is always telling Tony that he sucks and calls him homo boy. Jordans furniture in there job postings state that they are the best because they hire the best. I think they just hire bodies to get the work done. This is only my second job I hope I can find another one soon. This can't be the way business is done. How is it that a supervisor thinks it is ok to for an employee to say he is going to have sex with a minor that is the sister of another coworker. Jordans is like the mob the way they cover things up. Don't ever get a job at Jordan's in the receiving department you will hate it. Also I think that Nates father is a police officer. Carlos also stated that Brian wouldn't do anything about it. Which I believe since he's getting away with this just like everything else.

More magic tricks by corrupt management. If you ask a question about certain policies. You are told that each department has its own policies. Now receiving isn't following Jordans policy. According to the Jordans employee handbook family members are not allowed to work for the same supervisor. But Brian Faucher just makes policies up as he sees fit. He moved two employees to the other side of the building to work with their family members. One is Carlos who can do what ever he wants in this building. The other is Marcelo the employee who made false discrimination complaint about Mason Roy who the company used as a scapegoat because he is Brian Faucher's godson.
