02/17/22 I purchased (2) pairs of shoes order# DJXNMP5G & # 82WE39Q9. Total $66.00

03/14/22, I received shoes, they were too big, bad quality so I sent email to Joom customer services. EmaIl address: [protected]@joom.com and advised unsatisfactory and requested a refund, shoes are being retuned via USPS.

03/16/22 Joom sent email requesting I take picture of shows, and pull the insole out so they can see the actual size. I refused but placed the shoes back in packaging and mailed just as I received them.

3/19/22 I returned to sender via USPS to address listed on the packaging. NETSOL C/O 718 isis Avenue.Suite B, Inglewood, Micom CFS, Inglewood, CA 90301. Tracking # [protected]-9679-41.

03/20/22 I emailed Joom [protected]@joom.com and advised it will arrive 3/22/22 Tuesday. 03/22/22 USPS confirms delivery and acceptance at 9:48am.

03/25/22 I emailed joom support for status of my refund

03/28/22 Joom response is that no refund is due at this time. I can upload proof of delivery upon request, I have it save as a (.doc )
