This is outright slander. You hide your name and say things that are completely incorrect. If John Jennings was doing anything wrong, then call the police. Otherwise you are just saying things that are completely untrue. Did he doing anything wrong or illegal to you? Again, you should report the crime, if one was committed. You should give your name so that you can stand behind what you are saying, not just hiding behind a name like notthistime and committing slander. You should be ashamed of yourself for doing this. If a crime really had been committed, he would already have been arrested for that crime.

John Jennings hangs out at the va in Phoenix claiming to help vets get grant money to remodel homes. He called tonight and said he had several businesses; grantsforveterans.com and Challenge llc. He also said he is one of 5 Americans who knew how to sue banks for mortgage fraud. He said he trained attorneys for 15 years. After a while, I felt he was fraudulent so i decided to do some research on him, and I found this. He said he gets grant money to buy apartments to house homeless vets and their families. Not only did he repeat himself, but he sounds so convincing. I'm glad I found this site before I invested money. His phone number is [protected]

John Jennings hangs out at the VA in Phoenix. He called today claiming he has several grants for veterans. He said he has several businesses called greenstar.moby, grantsforveterans.com and said he would get grantsforveterans.org. He said he also has Challenge LLC as a business. I googled it, and couldn't find it. He informed me he could help with mortgage modification n but as our conversation continued I had a funny feeling that he was FOS. He asked for money upfront to help me, but I decided to do research on him first. My gut feeling was right. He didn't give me an address, but his phone number is [protected]. He said he is in the process of getting grant money to buy apartment buildings to house homeless vets and their families. If the above is true, I hope he gets caught.

Does anyone know what John Jennings end result was for his arrest last year? I know he is not in jail yet due to the fact I know for sure he is currently living at address 241 s. cross creek in Chandler AZ. If he is paying restitution I am owed some money also! I just arrested Eric Caldwell in Burbank California on 12/12/12 for Identity Theft. I know for a fact that he has ties to John Jennings in the past, but am (at the moment) still looking for a present link from Eric Caldwell to John Jennings. Have you contacted the authorities for that specific jurisdiction? Have your client take copies of all the paperwork and contact info for John Jennings to the local police department and make a report. We recently bought the home at 241 Cross creek and this John Jennings character is refusing to vacate and produced a fake lease stating a 5 year lease period. He is a scammer and if anyone is looking for him this is where he is as of 12/17/2012!

John Jennings lives at 241 S. Crosscreek Dr. Chandler, AZ 85225. I did some work at the house and saw him myself. 6'2" 250lbs guy. Has 2 black mercedes - a [protected] bodystyle S-Class and a tricked out 2002 CL Brabus. The guy comes across as a conman and a liar. He gave me his name initially but backtracked later and called him self John Johns or something like that. I knew he had told me John Jennings earlier so I googled him up and it brought me here. Makes sense now.

The only idiot that would support a criminal is John Jennings himself. Your the only one who defends yourself on all of these sites that complain about you. Wait until my PI's find you. You will have to pay for every homeowner you harmed stole money and house you scammed out of them or until you rot in jail. I will never stop until justice is served. John W. Jennings born 11/25/63 found out more information everyone I feel like we are getting closer to finding and frying this ###! Remember he may be using a different name but John W. Jennings is the name he was arrested under and 11/25/63 is his birth date. He is very wanted in Nevada and hearing of him doing business in Florida now. His home stay is Arizona. Meeting with an old friend of his that has tips about a new company he is working under also so more info to come

Also asked a buddy of mine to search him in the system for me and sure enough it was him.
John Jennings WAS arrested on 1/1/12 for fraud and forgery. I was even able to see his picture to confirm it was him and it was! They took him to Pinal County Sheriffs office. If we make enough complaints and file a lawsuit against him it will bring back everything he has done to everyone from over the course of 10years

He was recently traced at location in Gilbert Arizona. The exact address 1356 E. Clark Dr. Gilbert AZ 85297 so go for him there.
Also the address at 2875 west ray rd #6 in chandler is just a P.O Box. He was seen at the Gilbert address driving a Black Mercedes Benz. I will fill everyone in with more information as soon as I get some more about this Scam/ Con artist.

I also was a victom of this turd john jennings back in 2008/2009 at the time he had someone by the name of eric caldwell working with him . I took him to court and won a settlement against him but cant find him . were was he arrested at cause i wanna get my money?

^^^ thats him! He conducts business in CA, TX, AZ, NV and I heard city of Chicago. He has a partner but his name is unknown. Any word on his arrest or court date? It is to my understanding he is facing mortgage fraud charges. I spoke with old workers of his and a very young ex secretary from 08-09 who are now enemies of him and they are have proof of his foul play. Anyone have a picture of him to warn any other victims?

John Jennings lied and screwed us. We put alot of time and money into a house we were under the impression that we were buying it. Then the next thing you know a bank rep came knocking at the door and told us the house was forclosed upon and is owned by the bank now and we have to move out. So we are out all the supposed house payments we made and the money we put into the house to fix it up. So if anyone has a law suit agianst him I would like to get the info for an attorney on this matter. Although the the bank that owns the house now has been totally helpful in the matter. They realized that we were innocent victiams of John Jennings. And from what I have read and researched he has been getting away with this for years and deserves to pay for his scandales ways.

I think this guito worked at Affinity Mortgage and financial services back in the early 2000's. He was a senior mortgage consultant. Big fat face with huge sausage fingers.

Was it the banks that refused to give you the change in payments? I suspect like the others, this guy did do work or education for you, but he can not be blamed for the negligence of the lenders. You also have to know where the blame lies, always.

I would also like to find this guy. He has claimed success with his loan modifications. We paid him 3k and he did nothing to help. I'd like to network with more people and finally a suit against him. Complete mortgage fraud. If Fannie can hire people to prosecute those involved in these sort of activities, why can't we?
