Said he had to charge me $500 more than bid on cedar deck due to increase cost of lumber and then looks like he installed pine handrails. Cedar posts are badly cracked and full of knots. He won't answer calls, text, emails. What can I do?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have Had Garner Construction do Multi projects around my home example poll barn, finish my basement and added a half bath they did a wonderful job finished all projects on time and was very pleasant to deal with i will be using them for all my future projects
