Sneha: Not only fake this is crime company... they ask you to submit X amount of money to joining and give you targets... they took rs 20k from me and hired me on a monthly salary of rs 5k with 3 months of prohibition period. The targets were huge and they fired me after 3 months... so I walked out in loss of rs. 5k and working months for free...

they are rascals takes rs.16545/- From marketing & hr and rs.25, 000/- From it peoples and said that u will be given training of & days but seriously they dont have a single work they just hire the people and fire after 2 or 3 month even though if u trying to leave ur job then they didnt give ur that month salary. The master mind of this fraud co. Is rascal mr. N.S.Rawat he is branch manager. I was cheated by mr.N.S.Rawat, mr. Nikhil verma & the great mam zara khan. Who lied to me just because she also got 6000 for cheating me. Friends please dont go in this co. In past they are vario india but now they are as ario infotech pvt ltd
they have 2 address sec-63 and sec-27 in noida
but the cheaters are same with same place.

I lose 3, 14, 355 rupees because I have 19 more friends with whome they do the same thing if you donr belive in me then for prof I have around 50 to 60 people with they cheated and I have all contacted if you want to as from them then mail me at hr.[protected]@rediffmail.Com

Joomla technology AKA Lafenzer Electronics AKA Vario Infotech..AKA Ario infotech...these are different names but company is same. Joomla tech(Current cheating name) is a fake company...dont join it ...they have change name from lafenzer electronics to joomla technology...they are only interested in your money and ...will kick you out after 3 months...dont waste your time and career.
I wasted my three months.

got nothing except some knowledge on J2EE hibernate framework.
the java trainer there is jenuine..but these guys dont even pay him regularly.
HR is professional con artist...her name is zara...and she has connection with police also...police is also involved in this racket ..they wont help you.
Joomla technology...fake bogus...company...having no projects...just they can only provide you training on java or .net...that too...only20% of the training will help you...rest is fun of your career.
if it's only for training why dont you people choose Hp, NIIT, or some gud company.
I made the mistake...please you still have the time and money...dont waste that wid these people.
Vijaya: Even i got offer letter for the post of HR executive from offonwebsite.com they said the company name as Joomla technologies and they also said it is ISO [protected] certified company and they asked me to pay a security deposit of 16545 and they told me it is target based job they said if i refer one candidate they will give me 3000 per each candidate as incentive they offered me 15000 salary per month plus incentives coming to the environment of the office there is no name board of the company and there are only 3 people in the office one is the receptionist and the other 2 people are the interviewers and asked me hr related questions i attended the interview well but i am not that much satisfied myself with my performance but they had sent me an offer letter. this company is attracting only freshers. they said it is an IT based company and they are running projects in dot net, php, java and non IT are HR and CRM and coming to their address: A-28, sector- 65 NOIDA and the other address is E- 155, Block-E, gowtham budh nagar sector-63 Noida.
