I recently purchased some tickets and meet and greet for a concert a JJ's live at Fayetteville Arkansas. The concert was to be taken place today 2/24/22. Of course, if you bring up the weather report there is tons of ice and unsafe weather conditions all across the state as well as in Fayetteville Arkansas. (including snow, ice, rain, sleet, projected high of 31 according to accu weather). The sleet started in our area (stone county) around 1015 am 2/23 and appeared on the weather tracking map to travel to Fayetteville area shortly after. There were many inquiries on the site regarding whether the concert would be rescheduled by multiple people that had bought tickets starting early in the day on 2/23. the venue kept saying that they would post updates and never did, finally they sent out an email 8:50 pm on 2/23 letting the ticket purchasers know that the event was still going to be held. at this point, most of the state is considerably covered in ice and roads were unsafe making it impossible to go ahead of time to travel safely. I then reached out to the venue to inquire about a refund via email, through the ticket site, and through Facebook messenger no answer. The next morning (2/24) around 9:00 am they posted on Facebook that even though the weather was not great the show was gonna still go on and no refunds would be given since the show would not be rescheduled or canceled. The weather at this time is still horrible with thick ice and roads across Arkansas mostly unsafe, one lady commented she lived close to the venue and didn't feel safe with trying to go. There were many other comments about people in different areas of the state feeling unsafe to travel, and many out of state that felt unsafe to travel as well. The venue did refund me my meet and greet money which I'm sure was from the artist himself no the venue. They still refuse to give me the money for the regular tickets which totaled $406.61. I understand that they have a no refund policy unless it is canceled or rescheduled however I feel like this is should be considered an out of the box situation since most of the state is under severe weather and idealy this should have been canceled and they are putting peoples lives at risk. (the venue does not have any insurance policy available for ticket holder to purchase period). The reason I am sending this email is because I think it is irresponsible for this venue to make people feel pressured to make a choice between losing out on their hard-earned money or possibly endangering their lives. It is absolutely absurd. What if people lose their lives traveling to this event, for what to get their money worth? So uncalled for.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Desired outcome: I would i like total refund.
