Patty and Jim Sikes ARE INDEED BIG SCAMMERS... They promise you all kinds of things and after you sign papers and they get there money you never hear from them again. I am reporting them to the Better BUSINESS BUREAU and writing the real estate board...BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS

We have dealt with the realtors patty and jim two times and both occasions were very pleasant and never an issue with them. Everything they promised, they did deliver and we know at least 5 others who have similar great experiences with their real estate services. This complainer we read must have had there home overpriced. We would use them again and again.
