Jill Drevescraft is pending criminal charges from the Colorado Supreme Court for unauthorized practice of law. Here is the link to the Supreme Court website to verify this information:

She likes to accuse others of "slander" or whatnot, but here is the proof. She is a liar, criminal, & a scam artist.
In order to defend herself, she posts on various websites "letters of recommendation" about herself...supposedly written by other people (but coming from her email address).
I don't want anyone else to fall victim to her delusions.

Had the "pleasure" of interacting with "Jill" as a customer service representative. She verbally abused me and my co-workers, screamed at my managers, and cursed violently at us all because we had to deactivate an account of hers due to false legal documentation.
Now that all of these posts are under investigation we will see who is sick and delusional. I have an attorney ready to open suit. Look my name is already improving, and BAM every one of these posts are being investigated in the meantime. We will now allow a judge to decide what is Defamation, Libel, and Slander. Hmmm. Over a year and half of these posts. How much money is that? I think it might also constitute a criminal felony. Something I do not have on my record. Good Luck with your pursuit of happiness in being a ruiner of lives. We will see what a judge will dictate as appropriate.
So whether this is Kevin, Jeff, or Krista you are under investigation. Your It!
Proof of what a sick, delusional woman Jill Drevescraft is...the comment left above was sent from HER email address. Most all of Jill's "good reference" letters come from HER OWN email address. Sad. And sick.
What lie. Jill is not facing criminal charges. She is in the middle of working out an error made by attorneys she was working for. An attorney was not registered with the bankruptcy court, and Jill was falsely accused. She has an attorney on her case, and 20 clients who are testifying on her behalf. Five of which are attorneys. So these fallacies may stop anyday. Krista is being putting on the stand and may be charged with slander and stalking violations after the trial. Kevin Meyer is also facing a suit that will be imposed if he continues to stalk Ms. Drevescraft.
