I wish to lodge my complaint with you as response from FGB people is very very disappointing and with good hope i wish to share that I had outstanding payment and i had requested my bank to make payment of AED 10, 000 and unfortunately due to some communication gap, bank have done only AED 7000 and for that i got a charges of AED 526. I am really a genuine customer and used to settled all my transaction before time and always paying some excess money.
I wish you people will consider my genuineness and will favour me else i will not be happy to bank with FGB more.
