Working at VMBC was one of the worst experiences I ever had. I worked there for almost 3 years and it got worse and worse as time went on. There are some really smart people working there, but nobody can use any of their education or experience as this company because the owner, Jesse Crowe is a psychotic lunatic! He goes on and on and on with hours long speeches which lead to NOWHERE and he tells the programmers how they should program. And according to Jesse, everything just takes “a few minutes” to do. He was constantly traveling to the VMBC office in Buenos Aires Argentina office where he would go to “relax” as they call it. They used to arrange “massages” for him in private apartments and other “relaxing” activities. In the Argentina’s office everybody is so afraid of losing their jobs so they say “yes Jesse!” to everything. He is a nightmare and has made a lot of money by sending work overseas to Argentina and India and also they sell customer information to other companies and Jesse has been fined by the FTC comission and he cried and begged not to have to pay the 3 millions dollar fine and they reduced it to $180 thousand but he has a lot of money hidden away. The website www.glassdoor.com that some employees wrote reviews about the truth of how it is really like to work there has been infiltrated by Jesse and they write fake positive reviews on that site with lies about how the company is so great and it is so awful. Jesse makes a lot of money from the US goverment program for people on welfare very poor poor people that the government pays for free cell phones for them and he makes fun of the people says all kind of things about them. The employees hate Jesse he is crazy!
