Jeremy M. Rogers review: Sleazy Attorney

We hired Jeremy M. Rogers back in 2010. We were in severe financial problems, and Jeremy M. Rogers said he could help us. He was going to file bankruptcy for us. We were so afraid of losing our house. He assured us he would save our home, and that no one would be able to touch it.

We went to Rogers' company HELP Law. They wanted us to pay them a couple thousand dollars. We did not have that kind of money- I mean, if we did, we would pay on our house, right? They said that we would have this all taken care of in 15 days... and if we didn't, they would give us a full refund. Rogers was VERY specific about this- we would get ALL our money back.

So, stupid us, we took out a short term loan to pay Jeremy M. Rogers. And that was the last we saw of him. He took off with our money and we never saw him again. He would not answer our calls or e-mails. Nothing.

We then called the court, thinking maybe he had filed for us. Nothing there either. So we went back to his office and pounded on the door. We left notes and messages telling him we needed out money back. No response.

Needless to say, the foreclosure went ahead, and we had nothing in court to defend ourselves with. We ended up having to short-sale our house, and we lost 10's of thousands of dollars.

We complained to the State Bar. We did not get our house back, but they took action. It turns out there were a lot of other victims of Jeremy M. Rogers, and the Bar took action against Jeremy M. Rogers.

Jeremy M. Rogers was disbarred in Utah and New York, and can no longer practice law. But he has completely ruined our lives. We lost our house. All because Jeremy M. Rogers is a lazy thief and a sleazy lawyer. Because he preys on people down on their luck, and takes advantage of people who do not know any better.

Rogers ripped off and took advantage of. From what I heard, this was just the easy cases- there were many other people Jeremy M. Rogers ripped of. But four he was definitely convicted of.

You know, Lawyers are supposed to be sleazy and low life's. Jeremy M. Rogers took sleaze to a new, low level. We think we need to make sure everyone knows what a liar thief and ### Jeremy M. Rogers is, and how dishonest this guy is. No one should ever do business with him or HELP llc.
