This company is running a scam. They send emails, letters and make phone calls in an attempt to gain peoples SS# and other personal information. They do this in an attempt to commit Identity theft or Identity fraud. I you are contacted by these people, do not give them any of your information. The two people that I have found to be involved in this company are Jennifer Peden and Todd Broussard. The two domains I have discovered to be involved with this company are e-r-solutions.com and convergenters.com . There are also two email address that I have discovered for them, [protected]@e-r-solutions.com and [protected]@convergentERS.com . They have multiple addresses in Washington state and Houston, Texas.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
The same fraudulent letter was just sent to me from Jennfer Penden. Supposedly, I had a debt to JP Morgan. However, I have never had any accounts with them.
