Nri allegedly paid Rs 10 Lacs and booked a flat in their project named iredia by horizon builcon pvt ltd after its promoters provided him with a list of projects they claimed to have developed, constructed and delivered across the country.
"However, Nri later came to know that the projects Iredia was boasting off and it was all fraud no project is delivered and their is nothing going on in the project and then he demanded a refund which is still not payed. He later approached court and got an FIR registered and case is ongoing.The poor customer is fighting for his money daily because of these fraudsters like Jeevesh Sabharwal.
but they still ready to cheat some more poor clients with there new scheme of Badrinath and Kedarnath Yatra which says that first 10 buyers will get 5% of dicountâ¦which is [censor]..

I had booked a house in horizon concept iridia sector 86 noida project, the land being owned by m/s kaveri awas sehkari samiti. The project work started in january 2014, project was going on at smooth pace, I had given 15% of the total cost of my home i.e. About rs.5.50 lacs and I had taken loan from state bank of india for an amount of rs.19.50 lacs. About half of the amount has been disbursed to the builder by the bank i.e. About rs.10 lacs, but since september 2014, the project work has been stopped all because the notice issued by noida authority and now the matter is under litigation since more than one year. I am in a big trouble and dont know what is going to the end result, my money is blocked, and each month the instalment of about rs.18000/- is cut from my hardearned salary. I request that my money given by me i.e. 15% i.e. About rs.5.50 lacs and the instalments paid by me worth about rs.5 lacs (in two years to sbi) and the money disbursed to the builder by sbi may kindly be refunded / adjusted please.
Jeevesh sabharwal is the ceo of horizon buildcon pvt ltd and he is also known as the fraud ceo of this company because he has cheated around thousands of people in its project named iredia in sector 86 noida and cheated them in his other projects by not delivering the project and made the scam of crores of rupees.
But this guy is still not in custody and free to make another scam….. Internet is full of complains against him but still he is free….
