JBM Shelters review: Service, delay in delivery and everything

Dear Nirmal, After a long time i get the reply mail for car park issue from Jbm shelters pvt ltd. Before that i never get any mail. Thanks for reply from well known builder in chennai. Once i know about jbm, Before that about your company and standards and procedures am sure i don't waste of time with you buying a such huge amount to buy a property in Jbm shelters pvt ltd. 1st query of car park standard size. As per CMDA standards as i mentioned earlier also, Standard car park are Wide 8'2" long 16'4"., it means you making your own standards and procedures and not following the government procedures. is it so... personally a worst procedure . My question is you should have intimated earlier for regarding car park design. you make your own design and telling me that this is the company policy, kindly check with other famous builder in chennai. plssss. then you may change procedure. 2n query my flat possession delays, The delay done only by Jbm shelter in chennai. are mentioned earlier, I would like to inform you that my flat in JBM mudra j4 is not delivered till date due to the unknown reason from JBM side. As per the construction agreement the flat was to be delivered by March 2014. I came to know that many of the flats have occupied by the owners and some are left for rental from 2014 onwards. It makes me to think that this delay is just caused for personal revenge again. In March 1 St week I spoke to Mr. Srinivasarao ( sales& marketing ) regarding the above said matter. He said that he has to discuss with Mr. Nirmal, M.D., to proceed and after that he assured me to deliver the flat in 15th March 2015. But as usual there is no progress and no response on it. I thank to Mr. Nirmal and Mr. Srinivasa Rao for offering me a modular kitchen worth Rs.75000 while booking the flat at Singapore. But even now the modular kitchen work is pending. I’ve sent mail on 15 th March 2015 regarding the pending works, they have replied that the flat will be completed by the end of this month. When i have queries, instead of response they have diverted to some one and he did the same. So what should i guess, there is responsible person in Jbm or the don’t want to complete my flat? So many unwanted things are happened in this flat work like marble laying design, window opening position in north east corner, wall tiles laying desing in washroom. Even now the some of the wall tiles in common wash room has broken unnecessarily no proper communication at all. They really don't know about what's happening in my flat. Actually im satisfy that JBM has following some good ethics in this field for example i received a letter that i should pay 24% interest if i delayed to pay the instalment. So i expect the same ethics. I need a compensation for one year as i’ve lost my valuable time with JBM and im paying emi every month of 54, 000. without possession. I hereby remind you that the possession delay as per agreement 5000* 13 months = 65000 rs. of my flat is still due by jbm shelters pvt ltd. Kindly remit the due. am sure i can pay your maintenance charge due or detect the maintenance charge balance please transfer to me in my account r cheque. As a customer of JBM so much disappointed with the service of well concern JBM shelters.
