Had dishwasher installers from home depot contracted by jbc management in portland, oregon try and install a dishwasher. Nothing more then a worn out dishwasher replaced with a newer model of the same brand. Ended up costing $900 of disrepair. The installers tore out copper tubing that was connected to our main water line to our refrigerator and disconnected the main shut off valve to the sink causing water leakage everywhere. The installers filtered their problem to sedgwick claims department which has been an epic failure. The date of incident was april of 2020 and it is now october of 2020 and nobody has done a thing about it. We were initially given a name of jasmine gillespie to work with and now walter mitchell. Both of which have done nothing so far. Mr. Mitchell called us from a blocked number asking us to call him back several weeks ago and did not provide a means in which to do so. How is any of this acceptable?
Our desired solution is simple... We submitted details and pictures of the damage done to sedgwick and are seeking nothing more then the plumbing repair costs that we had to pay for in addition to the original cost to fix their problem...

Oh my gosh! Same thing with a Jasmine Gillespie at sedgewick. She gave us an incorrect email and won't respond to phone calls asking for the correct one. Improper dishwasher install that caused $20,000 of damage to our kitchen!
