Gave this SCAM ARTIST ### my application and a deposit of 1295.00 for the rental of this property, I found out a few days later that there was a large dog that lived in the downstairs apt, so i told this SCAM ARTIST ### that i did'nt want the apt because my daughter has a fear of dogs.He said he understood that when he was a kid he was attacked by a dog and still has a fear of them, he said no worries that he would return my money, days went by and never heard from him and when i finally got in contact with him again he threatened me and told me how bad he could be if he wanted WHAT A ### HE KNEW I WAS A SINGLE MOTHER HE THOUGHT I WOULD RUN SCARED.So i took him to court the judge ruled against him and he was ordered to pay me back the money, He still refused to pay me my money got a lawyer after him, was told by my lawyer that this ### SCAM ARTIST WILL DRAG THIS ON FOR EVER SO I AGREED TO TAKE 1000.00 just to finally get the smell of ### out of my nose HE HAS NO RESPECT FOR HIMSELF, FAMILY FOR OTHERS OR HIS SO CALLED COMPANY.DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON they rent out properties for other people if you are one of these people DON'T allow him to do this to your good reputation HE'S NOT A BUSINESS MAN HE'S A CON MAN
We had a simular experience with this person, we rented the same property and he told us he was going to fix everything like the kitchen cupboards which were hanging off the hinges & clean the carpets he was going to paint.When we arrived the day of moving in nothing was done.He had a month to do this he said he didn't have time and since we had already moved in that he wouldn't be fixing anything and if we didn't like it we could move out.He already had our money so we lived there on our last months rent and then moved out
I DON'T THINK, NO I KNOW THIS PERSON HAS NO CLASS
When we meet people like this it's a lesson learned and you know how the saying goes.What goes around, comes around
Just a note to whoever reads this This person with the simlar story sent me an email right after i sent this complaint and asked me to write her story i told her to go a head let it all out to write her own complaint and because you have to give an address she doesn't want this person to know where she is.I wonder why?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I invested 32000.00 dollars in jaymor regency height in 2009, According to the contract I would get 4 percent interest yearly.But I did not receive interest except for 1 year approximately 1000.00. I did not get any information from jaymor until Jan- 2016 jaymor informed me my 32000.00 RRSP is gone due to foreclosed of regency height project. No wonder that jaymor getting bigger every year. Before thinking to invest money in jaymor please read this before too late.
rented from this horrible individual for a year, the place was crawling with bed bugs and every encounter with him was nasty! we were very thankful when our lease was up PLEASE PLEASE do not rent from this man!

We think that Morris should give his own head a shake! We can say with absolute certainty that this man is in fact a total SCAM ARTIST [censor]! Do not under any circumstances make rental agreements with this guy, he's nothing but a SLIMY SNAKE who will do anything to get your money!
I just came across this, and I must say that the language you use should be the worry to your daughter not the dog, you make a deal then decide that you want out? You think the world should accomodate you? You should look your self in the mirror and give your head a shake, think of what you are teaching your child, let go of your hate, I can tell just by listening to you that you are miserable and think that life owes you. Well I'll be the first to tell you that it doesn't and you should start teaching your child the good things that life has to offer. and for the next comment, I just want to say, get off the band wagon, you are a coward and always will be.
