I tried to take care of a credit card issue on line with a rep. His name was RJ and he was so rude to me, I couldn't even find out the information I needed to correct the situation. When I asked him to be more polite, he said he didn't need to change anything. Then I called to speak to someone named Skye or whatever and he was just as rude! Just repeating over and over what I already knew. I asked for a manager and he refused. When I explained to him that I wanted to speak with a manager about how I had been treated, he told me I could either just pay up and enjoy the site or be mad all day. I was polite from beginning to end, These people are completely unprofessional.
