I had contacted Jashan tourism focal person and requested to apply for a UAE visa. Then they accepted my application and asked payment. I did pay and upon their request sent my personnal information. However before the visa issiuance I had to suspend my visit to UAE and I requested visa procedure to hold. We agreed with the company and put the application on hold. Now employee stated that visa was cancelled and I have to pay again for a new application. However I had never been issued nor seen the visa, and they want to charge me for a non given service. I believe it is not fair, I request refund of the payment please
Company has called me and there is no issue now. I recommend jashan tourism well done.
