To whom it may concern.

I would like to make notice of an unpleasant incident that occurred at the 2302 RR 620 S, Lakeway Wells Fargo branch, on the morning of the 21st of September, 2017.

The incident occurred just before the bank officially opened. (8:50 Am App)

On the morning in question, I was negatively profiled by an employee of this Bank and Erroneously asked to vacate the area of the bank's parking lot.
And threatened with police action if I didn't comply.

The Bank official told me that he was within his mandate to tell me to vacate. And did immediately add the need to support his demand, with threat of police presence, if I didn't leave.

Since I was not loitering in the parking area, and my intent was to perform some banking transactions, with my Banking provider, I was Not loitering, as I had a purpose to my presence at this place and time.

As a customer since 2013, I am known to a number of staff at the branch, who coincidently, were all inside the bank at 8.51 AM!

I was very perplexed at the employee's need to firstly tell me to leave the area and was puzzled when he then stated that the female staff were afraid to enter the bank due to my presence.

And finally, the necessity to demand my departure, or else the authorities would be summoned, did denigrate me.

If a person has a specific intent, or reason to be in a public area, then, by definition, they are not loitering.

The only sign, or notice on the front of this building, that forbids the act of lingering (within 25 ft) in the vicinity of the building, is intended for smokers.

Please explain to me what I did wrong?
Why was I asked to leave the area?
Which specific law forbids the act of waiting in front of a bank for it to open?

Upon entering the bank, I asked the employee to call the police. I also asked one of the employees present, if they recognized me as a regular customer and they did respond in kind.

The supervising Bank official, did however confirm that he is entitled to call the police due to my actions, but would not.

I then concluded my business within the bank and asked for details from the employee to lay my complaint and left.

I will pursue this matter vigorously, and I would appreciate the answers to my legitimate questions.

I have contacted a representative from this Branch personally via email, and have still not received any reply.

Kind Regards
