Janet Mind Astrogeology review: complete reading in 2 sections

I have. been getting emails from Janet mind astrology for awhile now June 4 2019 yesterday I paid on my bank card $24.99 for a complete reading. I got the receipt in my email. Then got another email for a refund I didn't request. I emailed back at least 3 times asking for a reason why I was rejected from receiving a reading. Later I received 2 down loaded readings pod I tapped the star to go back to it later. When I was free to read it it was now where's to be found. As a matter of fact I noticed every single email of Janet mind was gone all deleted.. and not by me our any one else. I would love to have that reading more than I want the money back. But if not I definitely want to have my money back. Also the email about the refund stated it could take 10 or more days to refund it to my card. I want my money back now. I think this is a scam and I will be letting alot of people I know to let others know about this so they don't go through something they don't deserve. I didn't send my money out for no results nor for the so called company to keep.
