Be careful and beware of White Plains New York Supreme Court Judge Janet C. Malone, as this super [censored] and her [censored] criminal law clerks like Marissa Jallow, Sarah Crasson, Sherron Durham, and Maureen B. Horan will, without your knowledge or permission, change, tamper with, alter and otherwise commit public document destruction in violation of Sections 175.20 & 175.25, Penal Law tampering with public records, wherein:

§ 175.20 Tampering with public records in the second degree. A person is guilty of tampering with public records in the second degree when, knowing that he does not have the authority of anyone entitled to grant it, he knowingly removes, mutilates, destroys, conceals, makes a false entry in or falsely alters any record or other written instrument filed with, deposited in, or otherwise constituting a record of a public office or public servant. Tampering with public records in the second degree is a Class A misdemeanor.

§ 175.25 Tampering with public records in the first degree. A person is guilty of tampering with public records in the first degree when, knowing that he does not have the authority of anyone entitled to grant it, and with intent to defraud, he knowingly removes, mutilates, destroys, conceals, makes a false entry in or falsely alters any record or other written instrument filed with, deposited in, or otherwise constituting a record of a public office or public servant. Tampering with public records in the first degree is a class D felony.

Both of these law clerks, as well as their criminal mob boss of a Judge Janet Malone, belong in Rikers Island prison doing hard time like the rest of New York State’s criminals.

No one is above the law, and if you have also been a victim of these peoples’ crimes, you are encouraged to file a complaint with the NYS Commission on Judicial Conduct and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Desired outcome: Rikers Island
