James Curley Buchanan review: dhs buchanan county

On 3/11/20, James Curley with the Buchanan co DHS, went & got a court order to have my children removed from my custody. I had my children placed with Ray & Jennifer Williams, who have had written authorization from me since 2017 to care for my children in my absence. Mr. Curely FAILED to reach out to this family, to verify ANY information with them, as to why the had my children, & if they were authorized to do so. Mr. Curely NEVER called Jennifer Williams, or Ray Williams, he did however contact their Family first counselor to find out about my children if they were in their home, he spoke with Nichole. At that point of contact, he would have had any phone numbers or and address to reach out to the Williams family, he did NOT. Instead, Mr. Curely went to the courts, & gave the judge FALSE information, in order obtain a removal order, for all 4 of my children. Mr. Curley FAILED his own system, by NOT doing a FULL investigation. Had he have done his due diligence, he would have known about the letter that was hand written by me back in August of 2017, which authorizes Ray & Jennifer Williams, to care for my children as I would. What Mr Curley did was KIDNAPPED my children, in a failed attempt to go through the legal system to do so. He also removed 2 other children from Chastity Bishop who is my cousin, & also has a written letter from me giving her authorization to care for my children as I would, dated August of 2017 also. I had tried to speak to Dawn Sage, & make her aware of what her employee had done, she had NO interest in hearing any of it. At this point in time, I am filing a lawsuit against Mr Curley, & DHS for kidnapping my children, I am naming Mr Curley personally in the lawsuit. What has Iowa come to, with taking someone's children out of a home that they are authorized my the parent to be there? The system is BROKEN, & people wonder why DHS cannot be trusted. I am not only disappointed in Iowa DHS, I am very ANGRY as a parent, who has had her children removed, UNDER FALSE jurisdiction in order to do so. The lawsuit has not yet been filed, it should be within the coming weeks. Again, James Curley FAILED to reach out to the families that I had my children placed with. I believe he had done this, because of what the sheriff's department lead him to believe, no matter, he is an investigator, & should have looked into the situation more, & at minimum reached out to Ray & Jennifer Williams to speak with them personally, before going to get a court order removing my children. Since all of this has taken place, my children have been completely distressed, & unable to cope with what has happened to them. They were pulled away from people they have known for their entire lives, to being placed with TOTAL STRANGERS... This is NOT justice, this is KIDNAPPING 101! There is another incident that was done by James Curley on 2/12/20, this is NOTHING MORE THAN HARASSMENT against my children, & myself!
