I went through the drive to order my granddaughter some fries we got a little ways down the road when she asked me what was on her fry I looked at it and it was blood the lady at the restaurant is trying to tell me it was the seasoning they put on them but no I am not stupid I have been buying those fries for years and the seasoning does not look like blood and it smeared when I touched it with a napkin and also there was no ketchup involved she didn't have any this happened in Talladega Alabama 35160 around 4:40p.m. at Jack's Hamburgers 601 Bankhead Blvd. eatatjacks.com date was July 30, 2016
My husband went to Jack's in Arab AL this afternoon between 5/5:30. He ordered a 1 piece chicken meal and a 3 piece chicken meal. One with green beans and slaw, the other fries and slaw. They had the orders somewhat right. But we fixed that, but the bisques was as hard as a rock. My dog couldn't even eat it. The chicken was so dry. My husband eats their 5 or 6 times a week. He said this was the worst meal I have gotten their. It's usually is good. I told him to never ask me again to order from their. It was terrible he said he was going to speak to Issac about the meal we got from there. We eat out a lot and usually no complains but this was uncalled for. Throw the bisques away after they been sitting so long and chicken that is dried out.
