JACKIE GURR and her associates entered into a legally binding agreement with Halston Capital that was signed by Ms. Gurr. Jackie Gurr borrowed funds from her business associate MR. PAUL CZISLOWSKI of LANDTRAK CORPORATION, in order to enter into a leased financial instrument transaction. MS. GURR signed the binding agreement on behalf of her group which included Mr. Czislowski. Due to unforeseen market conditions, the transaction was unsuccessful and JACKIE GURR refused to honor the agreement she had made with Mr. Czislowski to repay his funds. Mr. Czislowski is now seeking compensation from Halston Capital for funds that were used in the facilitation of a leased instrument transaction.

I have known Jackie Gurr for an extended period of time too, and have many issues in our business dealings.
I entered into a property development investment in Vietnam with her and her business partners back in 2004. The development was supposed to take 18 months to 2 years to complete. Twelve years later, the project still hasn't been completed. Not a cent of invested capital has been returned to me. Over these 12 years I have been given a litany of ludicrous, unsubstantiated excuses from Jackie as to why the development has not progressed. Every year, I hear it's going to be completed next year, and every year nothing happens: I am left hanging in limbo. Now, despite numerous attempts to contact Jackie, she's disappeared. My last 8 emails to Jackie haven't been answered, nor have sms messages or voice mail messages. Throughout the period of this investment, Jackie has never proactively provided any information or updates on the investment, nor offered any shred of financial recompense. In short she had treated our business relationship with a disrespect bordering on contempt.
I fully endorse complaintsboard.com's warning post on Jackie Gurr's fraudulent misrepresentation. Her method of operation has been consistently dishonest and utterly unprofessional. Anyone considering doing any kind of business with Jackie should beware.

Posts like this can tarnish a reputation and have no founding what so ever.
If a matter were proven to be correct that is different but to post on the basis of innuendo is crazy.
