Been complain to wowcher and company, because did not want granddaughter to be upset on 1st December ordered another, now want to cancel second order and just received the first order and money back on second one as damage has been done

I would like a full refund. The advent calendar is extremely poor quality. Some windows are empty and others only have bits of broken jewellery in them. Very disappointing.
