On the 22/10/2021 I made several purchases through Groupon, for the first time. All of my items arrived except 2 Solar charges from J & Y Distribution.

After 9 days had passed, I emailed the company to enquire as to where my items were. Several emails have passed between us but to my dismay, J&Y Distribution have not been helpful. I have all of the emails. They are saying that the item was delivered by Royal Mail. I have not received the delivery and neither have my neighbours. I have checked. Their last email tells me to take up the matter with Royal Mail.
All of my other purchases made on the 22/10/21 arrived, delivered by Royal Mail.
I am upset that I have paid for the Solar charges, in good faith and not received them. I want either my money back or 2 Solar charges sent by recorded delivery. Having taken my money, promised delivery, failing to give me my items, they then think it should be my responsibility to investigate where my parcel is.
