J Gellen Principal review: Unprofessional behavior

This complaint refers to: The principal of Waitara High School, Jenny Gellen's, failure to make mandatory and immediate reports to the NZ Teachers Council as required by statue. Rather, in a delay (in at least two cases, of almost two years) in making (so-called) mandatory and immediate reports, Mrs Gellen clearly demonstrates a disdain for the precepts and authority of the New Zealand Teachers Council and, evidenced by the lack of action taken by the councils's officials (see below), also evidently presumes that the officers of the New Zealand Teachers council are easily manipulated and duped by insincere 'excuses' for (Ms Gellen's) failures (i.e. incompetence).

Despite admitting to the offenses, each of which warrants a summary fine of NZ $5, 000, neither Mrs Gellen, nor Waitara High School, was cited, or made accountable for the actions (incompetence) of the Principal ( Mrs Jenny Gellen) by the New Zealand Teachers Council.
