Ivan Lim - Consumer review: Panasonic air conditioner 1

I purchase Panasonic Air Conditioner model CS-S10PKH (Serial No.: [protected]) from Sen Heng, Penang, Malaysia three years ago with extended warranty which will expire soon.

I file a complain earlier this year on noisy compressor (neighbor complain about the abnormal noise). The Technician came around March 2016 and check without any service chit and just mention normal.

Last month I file a complain again and seek an experience Technician to re-check. The appointed Panasonic agent call after some time say he will arrange Panasonic Technician to check.

After waiting for sometime and today receive a call from Panasonic Technician after I file a complain with Sen Heng again today and he will come to check.

We have told the Panasonic Technician we are very dissatisfied with their service therefore we will replace the faulty Panasonic air conditioner with other brands.

We will share this very bad experience with all our friends, consumer to be vary on Panasonic products and extended warranties which they will try to push away their civic responsibility to avoid carry out proper service for all consumers.
