ITA Timeshares review: Fraud! 13

hi my name is Sandy Dorasamy from South Africa, i have been dealing with David Philips at ITA, i thought that Americans had more integrity than any one else . We were scammed for $500 us dollars which means it is our equivalent of R5000.00 plus. We are pensioners and wanted to sell QVC points asap to cover medical costs. We signed on 2/8/12 and we promised that our QVC points will be sold in 180 days the latest. we are now in December 2014 and still nothing. All our emails are being sent back.

Well Im Lasley who posted the long complaint about ITA. Granted my complaints were geared toward a couple of girls who no longer are employed at ITA. They did all I said and never returned calls or acted like they gave a crap about selling my condo. Since they are gone and David Phillip has joined the organization I have had more calls from him than the past two years I have had my property listed. He has called and put forth an effort to sell my $7500 property in which I have listed dirt low. I suppose the rest of the country is in as bad of a financial shape as I am. Granted it seems like my cheaper priced condo whould have sold by now but I can almost guarantee that if David whould have been employed there when those two nameless girls were it would have sold. He is putting in 100% of his effort to sell my property and I truly believe that he will sell it one day soon. I was pretty rough on ITA when in fact it was the two employees who were enjoying the benefits of my $1000. Ask for David when you call and I am sure he will put forth every ounce of energy to sell your property. I personally hopes he sells mine to some business brokers from NY tomorrow. Two years is a long time but with David running the sales show he will get it sold. Im sure the other two are enjoying their Wendys jobs now. ITA could stand to have about a dozen Davids to sell all of the above mentioned problems so we could all get on with work. Im now backing ITA and when David sells my property I may just drive to Palm Beach and buy him a big diet mountain dew. Thanks David and good luck selling my condo soon...Lasley PS Hey ITA hire some more Davids because it sounds like Ashley and Pam have ticked off a lot of customers and when you have happy customers they spread the gospel to all.

My credit card company has reversed the $695, you should request the same.

Sept 2011, I signed a contract with Taylor Baur of ITA stating that they would activity "generate results" to sell or rent our timeshare. Since ITA received payment I have not been contacted by anybody at ITA concerning the services they promised.

Feb 2012 I contacted "Ashley" @ ext 4811, and she "was just about to call me", she had somebody interested in renting the timeshare, I supplied her with the information she requested so that she could rent the timeshare. I've never heard anything back.

ITA has a 180 day promise that "if results are not delivered", ITA would send me a "complimentary voucher". The 180 days have long passed and I have not heard ANYTHING from ITA.

Before filing this complaint I checked the ITA website, http://www.itatimeshares.com, they do not even have my property listed

Dear Mr. David Graver your company, ITA, has lied to us for over 1.5 years. Mike_____called and called us to sell our condo bad mouthing other companies. He finally offered us four airline tickets to anywhere in the US for my wife, 12 year old and 7 and me. He even lowered the price of entering ITA to $1000 since my wife was in the ROTC. Airline tickets were not nationwide and only to seven locations and they did not except anyone uner 21 years old. The tickets had numerous fees that would up saving us only $40 per ticket. Wow. Next were to free restaurant tickets to cover the airline scam and that turned our to have sur-charges that made it more expensive to use them than not. Now 1.5 years later and no contacts to us about selling our condo. You started the price out at $22, 000 and now for the past six months we lowered it to $8000 and still no contacts from potential buyers. I have called ITA over 100 times to Mike then Ashley and Amanda. Its the same story, "Oh yes I'm glad you called your condo has been red-flagged but the notes from the other manager will not be available for a couple of days so call back." I call back leave messages and no return calls. Finally I get a human and the same old story except that now they have a special viewing this weekend with business owners from across the world looking and with your $8000 price and the lowest we have listed it will sell. Wrong. No offers. No call backs. No anything from your subordinates. Well Mr President David Graver its 1.5 years later and still no offers on our $8000 condo on your #1 selling property at Orange Lake Florida which attaches to Disneyland. I have been lied to and cheated out of $1000, airplane tickets as well as restaurants for 1.5 years. My name is Lasley so look it up Mr. President. I may just contact the Better Business Bureau or a lawyer myself. By the time your lying representatives sell this $8000 cdondo on Orange Lake it will be paid for. I realize you are probably sitting atop your $1, 000, 000 mansion smoking $1000 Cuban cigars smiling with all the common people you have ripped off throughout the years and don't give a crap. How many condos did you actually sell in 2011 as compared to how many you have? I'm sure your sell ratio is in the negative since your representatives have NEVER called me with an offer. With all the complaints I've been reading today it seems like you need to sell a few to get some satisfied customers to write. Please get up and do your job and sell my condo and I will put you all back on my Christmas card list and write something positive about ITA. Mike______straight up lied to us numerous times. Ashley and Amanda have been nice but their "red-flagged" lines are getting old after 1.5 years. Again my name is Lasley so check it out on your records if you keep any. Cheating families out of $1000 daily with the economy in the shape it is in is lower than low. ITA is terrible with no offers or calls in the past 1.5 years. That is sad! I do hope the BBB will be in touch with you soon with your poor skills of selling condos and lying to clients. Sincerely...Lasley another dissatisfied customer of ITA.

From my experience, they highly inflate the figure that they propose to rent your timeshare, then they find every excuse why they have not yet presented you with an offer. At least, I would have hoped for an offer that would re-coup the fee paid these crooks. They clearly have creative script writers and persuasive con artists to sell inocent people on their services. Fraud and misrepresentation are words that come to mind to describe ITA.

ITA called me more than a year ago i have a timeshare in Las Vegas and they offer me to rent it in 30 to 60 days and its been 15 months that i dont see that they rented. this is a company that you cannot trust every time i call i hear the same story all the operator tell the same story and i'm tired of this, please if you see this email do not trust this company ITA international timeshare association. and if Dear president of ITA see this email please email me and prove me that i'm wrong and give me my money thanks...marinpatricio@hotmail.com...

I was pressured in to buying a timeshare in the first place...Then all the calls start coming in, , "do you want to rent or sell"..."but you got to do it right now" more pressure...I called ITA and they explained there program, , even went on line with me and showed me everything that they offer..and I was more than impressed...I thought it was a little high compared to the "listing" companies were asking for, , , but the sevice they offer is worth every penny, , , it took about three months...But now I'm timeshare free, , , .. and the next time I'm on vacation and someone offer's me a free dinner, , , "nothing in life is free" I'll pay for my own dinner..

We go to great lengths to rebuild a industry that has been plagued with illegitimate companies as well as the listing companies. The person the left this post is an angry person that does not know our program and everything that entails. It seems as this gentleman received a phone call. I've had sucess from ITA, they are not a Fraud, maybe the person complaining didnt get the price they asked for or what have you, but they are not Frauds...feel free to go to them at ease.

they are redweek as a good company so its somthing worth lisening too. they called me and wanted an upfront fee i checked out redweek.com and found out that the company was actually a realy good company. so i signged my 2 propertys with them for 1495.00 each. within the 180 day period they sold my whyndam bonnet creek and i have the other ric property with them for rentals.
i like the fact that they have the money back garentee to fall back on too. in all honestly it is a good company.
