On August 3, 2022, I purchased three dresses online from Isoru. When I received these dress and tried one one it did not fit very well. I could only contact the company online. First you have to email them for a return address. I did get a email from them offering to give me a $15.00 refund these dresses. I declined this offer. I am still trying to get the return address. They are delaying in sending me this return address.
Desired outcome: Refund of the purchase in the amount $111.57
I just ordered a dress that looked beautiful on the picture but when I received it feels like paper, so think
I have never felt material like this before. There was no invoice or return address to return. The only way I could contact them was by tracking email that was sent to me.
I have filed a complaint with my credit card company.

I also ordered two dresses from this company that are completely disappointing the material is similar to that used to make Dollar Store Holiday banners. The dresses are unwearable, and apparently, un-returnable.
Perhaps s complaint with my credit card provider will be successful, but I think we purchasers were simply scammed.
I ordered a dress online and it did not fit and there’s an issue with the zipper not going all the way up. I went to the website and got their email address and it was returned to me undeliverable. I want my money back. I paid $64.98.
I have had a similar experience with an LSORU dress. Waiting to hear from the service department with the authorization to return but today got an email from them asking me to review my purchases. I will but still not sure where this company is located and if it is legit. Fabrics and construction of garments are not up to my standards but fabrics look cute online. I will keep two tops but can't fit into the dress.
Ordered three items from Lsoru. The dress material is very poor and the little jacket looks so very Cheap and the color does not match the dress. I cannot find an address to return the dresses. The package did not have a packing slip with the items listed and a return address. Will keep one item the women's top is cute. How can I get a hold of them. I have sent two e-mails and no response. I cannot find a Customer Service number for them. Any help would be appreciated.
