1. My credit card was charged twice which caused my credit card to exceed the maximum limit. This was corrected but should never have happened.

2. Did not have my nephew's body ready for inspection by his mother before the wake services and was still working on him right up until wake services started.

3. The wake services were late and did not start on time.

4. My nephew was leaking from both ears.

5. The coffin color was not the correct color chosen for my nephew.

    My experience with them was the exact opposite. My grandmother's funeral was in December 2011 and everything was awesome. They were professional, courteous, well prepared, and she was stunning! I didn't have one person come to me with a single complaint during the entire service from arrangments to the actual burial. Unexpected things happen and although no excuse is probably good enough for your family, I'm certain there was a very valid reason for your nephew not being ready on time. They've done a few of my family member's services and we haven't had any real issues. I hope you give them another try. There are really none like this funeral home!
