Police kick in the door without knocking, they falsely accusing me of interferring with a 911 call, they harrassed my minor son.They held me outside with no socks no shoes no pants they wouldnt allow me to obtain my identification. They said that I was going to jail regardless. They said that my name wasnt coming up in the computer. I ask if I can get my Identifications they denied me.They treated me like I was not a US citizen without rights. I am a US citizen I feel that my rights has been violated.They tried to also trump up my charges and make me look as if I was the bad guy no crime was committed. They had victim adovocate to call and bribe my girlfriend to try to offer all the help as far as relocating me and other stuff as well but only if she file charges against me she can use the services. I feel the Irving Police was not humane and violated my rights as a tax paying citizen. I will be filing a report with Internal Affairs because I believe Irving Police feels that they can get away with anything.. Including violating citizens rights. I never block anyone from calling 911 if so how did they arrive at my residents. I think this matter should be looked into and investigated. Have any question feel free to call Darren at [protected]. I left out in my complaint that the Police didnt read me my rights before arresting me and wouldn't allow me to use my free phone call so basically I was denied.
I would never block anyone from dialing 911, my neighbor called 911 because she heard shouting and was concerned about my son who I was disciplining. He fell on the ground and hit his head and I did not even hit him that hard. He is two and two year old stumble. This happened outside and my neighbor called 911 lied to police and said I was drunk and she was concerned I would injure my son. I told her if she called 911 she may as well be calling for herself because I will break her hands for interfering with the discipline of my son. She lied and said that I pushed my son when he fell on his head which left a bump. Now my girlfriend has my son and they kidnapped him from me. I never blocked her I only got mad and said something stupid. I admitted this to officer and he did not read my rights and treated me like I was not a citizen and arrested me while my neighbor took care of my son until my girlfriend came. My girlfriend called police on me before when I hit her which only happened once. They told her to file charges and take my son from me. They treated me like I am not a citizen. I was treated like an US citizen without rights and they took away my right to discipline my son.
