Iowa Department of Human Services Child Protection review: Illegal removal

My kids where removed from me and under the uccjea they legally take them by saying that my children had drugs in their system which is not true my kids are on concerta, they illegally adjudicated 3 of my 7 and just took the 4 and have given 3to their mother who I won legal custody of in 2019 and she has liked and filed false report false witness false arrest against me, my evidence was not allowed in court my attorneys committed enefgevtive counsel multiple times, there has been abuseof court process and jusdiaty misconduct I need federal attorney to help please
