Randall Goins company buys old debts, that for the most part have been settled, and attempts to extort money by threatening and harassing people.
They have been calling my parents home for over 2 years claiming that I owe a debt to GE capital consumer cards, Bank of America, and Cititbank, every couple of months they pretend to collect a debt for different company. They claim they were authorized to settle the debt for an unknown amount in lieu of legal action.
I have never received anything in writing stating how much I owe and from whom. But in the original call they had told me that legal action had already been initiated.None of their allegations are true and this is an apparent attempt to gain money in a fraudulent manner. If you google his name you will see websites full of stories like mine.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Amazing, in the credit profession this scam is notorious, don't fall for it, don't even talk to the caller, the burden of any proof is on the caller. Word of advise, never get into any conversation at all with these types of callers. Get their information, and give it to the state attorney general's office and they will be happy to investigate the fraudulent attempt to extort money.

I see you posted that this was a disgruntled ex employee - Yet your same, unique
typos and mis spellings of common words are exact.

Kiro7 news investigative reporter, Amy Clancy did a 10 minute segment on Randall
Goins and business just a few weeks ago... It's outrageous. I posted the link above this comment. Very top of my comment.
I love the "we sue on out of statute debt and win all the time, you the debtor
must prove statute."
lol, that couldn't be farther from the truth. When you initiate a lawsuit YOU are
responsible for providing the burden of proof including the contract and
payment/last payment dates.
I could see how you are confused though... There is not 1 lawsuit filed by your
company against anybody... There are many suits against you and your businesses
which are all operating illegally.
You could not file suit even if you thought you had the resources to do it.
I noticed your LinkedIN page shows that you attended a prestigious University
for 5 or 6 years... It's funny how those same five years the Washington State
Department of Corrections had you in their custody for 1st/2nd degree assault.
In fact - Washington State just obtained a $75, 000.00 judgment against you, your
girlfriend for the unpaid wages you owe numerous past employees. And thats just the ones that complained.
Rumor has it that Randall was able to cut a deal with NCO Financial, a larger
debt broker / reseller on old debt. NCO listed millions of dollars worth of accounts in Randall's agency after which Randall simply stopped paying NCO, converted the debt into his company name, and works the debt even though it is
not owned by him. Who knows what NCO actually knows about this.
ALSO.. I almost forgot... Every check cashing business in the county and
surrounding counties have been intentionally scammed & defrauded do to illegal check kiting & forged transactions.
For awhile it seems Randall was trying to pay his employee's... Just not with any money he had... It was all payday loan scams. And we are talking to the tune of no less than 75, 000 dollars in total checks.
Stop sniffing coke & Clean your act up.
Here are a few listings I see right from the get go. You'll notice a few cases
down on this page there was an order just last year by a Snohomish County Superior judge to
"Break & Enter" to retrieve collateral you illegally withheld after not paying for it.
Didn't you just blast everyone on here and further saying "Definition of what a deadbeat is:"
One who does not pay ones debts.
A Lazy Person / Loafer
Randall, Stop being a deadbeat. Seriously.
