Good Afternoon,

I need to file a formal complaint that needs to be put in this general managers employee file and repremandation given immediately! Last Saturday I had a confirmation reservation #31YL3TSZW and when I went to the hotel (as noone was returning my calls) I must say this was the most inapproprate inexcusable treatment I have ever had in my life! (remind you I have worked in marriott corporate as well as hilton for quite sometime!) This reservation was made last minute as I was in a domestic violence situation with my daughter and needed to get us out immediately. With my daughter and pets waiting in the car... I went to check in (around 200) well come to find out you cant check in until later, which again ill make due. When I asked the general manager about the number of beds books as he indicated this was for one queen - I went to show him the email confirmation I received and he told me he didnt care and he could see what I booked. Which was obviously not correct as I had tht email! When I told him the situation about abuse and my 14 yr old daughter we needed two beds he said it was completely booked and he didnt care. So once again I asked him to view the document and he said he cancelled my reservation and I wasnt even allowed to check in period! I was on the phone crying with the reservations department as again we had nowhere to go and this was booked for a week at the expense I could afford. Given the circumstances and waiting in the car to now find another extendid stay I had to book the next thing available and ended up spending over 150 more a night and went 2 days without either myself or my daughter being able to eat (besides what we could get from the local food bank that was hot one on day) We were scared alone with no family to turn to and you GM couldnt have cared less. He needs to be fired for the awful service and at the very least I want an apology and repremendation! He doesnt deserve to be in the customer service industry what so ever. This man is a disgrace to your property! I will be filling multple complaints with every board I can and will not stop until something is done!
