INNOTEC SOLUTIONS - CCTV Device stopped recording suddenly. I have subscribed by paying them additionally every year to a service where they are supposed to send an SMS for any fault. No message was sent to warn me of this malfunction. When I discovered by accident several weeks later that there were no recordings, they sent a quotation for Singapore Dollars 267.50 just for a technician to visit and "diagnose" the problem! Any repairs or replacements to equipment would then be additionally charged!
Please don't fall for this company's claims of strong Aftersales Support. They will rip you off.
I have all the paperwork and quotations and emails to prove all of this.
