Contacted me regarding Winters Excavating LLC (company no longer in business since 2012) about sending out a "special new account package". The gentleman called one evening at approximately 6:30-7:00 PM and asked if he could send out this sample kit to "try". I stated that I really wasn't interested. However, he said he would send it out anyway and I could take a look at it.

I received the package in late October with an invoice for $339.90 for a small drill bit set, leather work gloves and a small bottle of cleaning solution. My wife and I both called this company over the past few months to let them know that we were not interested. Each time we called we received a message stating "the office is closed". I was able to finally speak to Robert today in customer service and explained the situation. I requested a shipping label to return the product. He stated they were going to start "collection" proceedings. The items have remained in the box (unused), it is not my fault that their office has been closed. Besides, I didn't request the items to begin with.
