This complaint is against iNFIN software technologies.I had been with this company for 1year.And not happy to write this that the behavior of MDs, Admin Managers were not good . That was not with me but with other employees also.They force you to work for more than 10 hours and that too with out bonus.They never appreciate employees hard work and loyality, but always criticise the efforts. Company have two admin managers and sorry to say both doesnt even know the single word of Administration. They are there because thery are MD's brothers.
MD's of the company they are also does not deserve this position. Company have two MDs.
iNFIN wont appriciate your work . Salary provide to experinced employee is in between 6000-10, 000.Now one can imagine how much they give to freshers.
SO, anyone how are thinking to join iNFIN Software Technologies, do re-think .

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Whoever is posting the rumors here are the non capable and irresponsible guys, that's why iNFIN did not entertained them and thrown out from Company. These guys were lacking somewhere, that's why they did not kept themselves with iNFIN Technologies for longer.
SteveMic, don't know who this guy is, by reading his comments, don't know why he is being so personal, guy like him just want to put down the Company Reputation.
Well, I also know this company since long time and worked with them initially, till now I know how Company is, how did they made their name in the market and how well Company is doing and grown by the time, it's just great.
All the guys who left and wrote bad about the Company, nothing happened to Company with their useless comments and Company is still running.
Appearing and Disappearing of Compny like SteveMic said, he is not Future predictor neither Company would affect in any manner I'd say with their given statements. Guys like SteveMic's are just the worthless persons.
I recommend this Company to All, Be the Best, Responsible, Honest and Dedicated, Sincere to this Company, Company will do the BEST for their Employees, why! Because I also been with them since long time.
So you are friend with Infin Technologies for last so many years that's why you are saying infavor for them. Otherwise I can't find a single employer saying anything Good about this company. This Company is all having Family and Friends in Company otherwise there is not a Single person who speaks well about this company.
From your Words only I can understand that you are not having any good standards using Abusing language won't make you Right. If I am wrong then I will not see numerous comments/threads against Infin Technologies on this page.
If you are saying I am using a FAKE ID then what sought of ID is your's "Cartpay Victim" it seems to look like a FAKE ID. By the way If you are Arun I am Vikram. Better STOP comparing iNFIN Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd. with Infosys or Microsoft as they are the DADYs and iNFIN Software Technologies is like a child to them. If Infosys or Microsoft having 100 bad comments then they would having 1, 000 good ones also. Better be compare those ones that are at same level.

This person has no specific reason to write a review and he just wanted to write something and he wrote this meaningless statement.
So take my response on it. Did they stopped your salary, leave, documents or any issue did you have with company? I guess no otherwise you would have written about that.
About using fake IDs, there are around 1000+ companies operating on oDesk and Elance so I would suggest that go and find a single company that is working on oDesk and Elance and not using such IDs and I would be agree with you.
I guess you must have spent a reasonable time working with them so why did you spend that much time with them if you had so called IDs problem with them?
By the way did they use your name or ID? No right? So better keep your f**** mouth shut and do your work.
This complaint board is for mentioning problems that are real and meaningful but not like the one you have posted you a** hole.
Guys infin guys are good and they do everything to keep their employees happy but as always they cannot satisfy everybody. On top of that there are few people like the one who spit that meaningless shi* out of his mouth who are never happy with anybody/anywhere/anytime.
I know these guys from more than 5 years now and I didn't write this comment because they are my friend but I wrote what is true. There must be around 300+ employees who must have worked with them for more than a year and I never heard anything wrong and if we consider above said useless comments then I would say that such people will have problem even if they would be working with Infosys or Microsoft ;)

Infin Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd. are using different IDs for the persons who are not presently been associated with this Company. Almost all the IDs are fake ones for Internet Marketing and for Development. I haven't seen this sought of company in whole IT sector that are just meant for earning and not giving any quality. They Just billed Hours on Clients accounts and at the end they give nonsense excuses to there clients. I was a worker in this Company and this company is not having any good senior persons to guide the juniors ones in the right way. They are using different persons IDs illegally as all the persons had left the Job few years back and are no more associated with this Company.
So if you are working here better LEAVE it OR if you have given your contract to this company better STOP it or you will be cheated at end.
FAKE Company with FAKE Work Values and just FOOLING clients all over U.S and Australia.
really disappointing ...if this company runs by family member then they shud hire all their relatives and close friends
this is Worst Company. Running by Family and relatives so no values for Employees and they are Financially weak they takes Docs original and will never relieve .Manager have affairs with their Employees only worst Scenario in Corporate world.
