Indian Express review: The non information about the terminal change of the flight no:IX452 from Terminal 1 to Terminal 1A

My wife was travelling today by Indian Express flight IX452 to Cochin today and as per the ticket information we have reached at the Terminal1 and all of a sudden the staff have informed us that the check in is not from Terminal 1, but Terminal 1A and all the way we have forwarded to the Terminal 1A carrying the luggage for the check in
After reaching there, while check in she had a TV as the baggage and the Airport Staff informed us to take the TV to the First Floor as it can't be received in Terminal 1A. I regret to inform that this incident is very much touching as an Internation Passenger and I hope the Authority to make the necessary arrangements for the needful corrections.
