I bought a “new” home from INB homes in Florida and I haven’t even lived here for 3 weeks and there is MOLD on our kitchen window. Floors are popping up in every single room that my disabled husband trips and falls over. I have kids who are living in a disgusting, filthy home that has mold on it and the Vice President of INB Homes solution is to “wipe it off”. She does not care about her customers at all. She has a condescending tone and is heartless. They build way too many homes at a time so don’t expect your issues to get resolved in a timely matter, if at all. I’ve bought several brand new homes in my lifetime and this feels inhabitable with MOLD and floors popping up, while also stepping on nails. HORRIBLE company with no hearts, just their love of money.

Desired outcome: Remove and replace all windows immediately, install new floors, compensate for time missed at work and stress.

1-10-23 update.

Since it seems that NB Homes does a horrible job at everything they touch; this is our yard every time it rains. They can’t even grade the ground properly. There is a lake in our yard every time it rains.

Update number two of the day 1-6-24

This is the condition of our backyard right now because INB Homes can’t even grade properly. The grading is horrible and water pours onto the side of our house even after we spent thousands on gutters. Again, can INB Homes do ANYTHING right?

Update- January 6 2023.

It’s 76 degrees in this “brand new” home right now and our air conditioning broke. Can anyone do ANYTHING right in this horrible business? Since day one we’ve had nothing but broken, damaged things, and sloppy work. . Not even in this house for 4 months and the AC stopped working. This is NOT in the condition of a brand new house. INB Homes should be ashamed of themselves and shouldn’t be in the construction business when it is clear to us that you have absolutely no ides what you’re doing.

January 2, 2024 update.

We’ve texted and emailed numerous people from INB Homes for a week and all of our messages have gone unanswered and ignored. Is this the respect you’re speaking about Carlette and Mark? Cause we don’t feel very respected and haven’t since day, Yet YOU are the ones who demanded respect from YOUR customers? You have no business talking about respect from your CUSTOMERS when every single one of your customers I’ve spoken to doesn’t have one good thing to say about INB Homes.

Messages were sent to Noah (construction manager?) (Who also knows about the paint all over our driveway and sidewalk and still hasn’t removed it. Weeks ago we were told he was going to the store real quick and would be right back to remove the paint. We’re still waiting for him to get back from that store. Is he still looking for a stiff brush? They sell them at Lowe’s, Home Depot, Walmart, you can probably even get one from the dollar store. Do you need assistance finding a stiffer brush? Of course he never showed back up. Frankie, the original builder has been aware of the paint on the driveway for over three MONTHS and we were also told by him that he will remove the paint. It’s still there of course because you hire careless sub-contractors. We were also told by one of your workers that you’re building way too many houses at once so you just hire anyone you can find. Perhaps that is contributing to your bad reviews. Or maybe it’s because you just ignore your customers complaints like you’ve done to us. I assume that’s another reason why every customer I’ve spoken to has nothing good to say about your company.

We have texted and emailed Noah (construction manager?) Carlette (vice president) and the president of INB Homes himself, Mark and every message was ignored with no response at all about our floors coming up. It’s clear to us that INB Homes simply does not care when they let your customers deal with the same problem for this long or when our texts and emails get ignored. The flooring guy said this “luxury vinyl plank” flooring will NOT stick in the Florida humidity. Hence why it keeps popping up. Hence why NUMEROUS people I’ve spoken to said they have the same issue with their floors. So INB Homes are you still building houses with the same “luxury” floor that you knew were giving your customers problems? Because the person who I’ve spoken to who had to have her floors replaced moved into their home way before we moved in ours. Surely you are WELL aware now and you’re still attempting to fix it with crazy glue. We got a comment from the original builder, Frankie, a week or so that they need to figure out something because they “can’t keep sending people out here to fix it”. Are WE inconveniencing YOU? What is so difficult to understand that these floors won’t stick? EVERY SINGLE time the flooring man leaves I have to get on my hands and knees and SCRUB the floor because it leaves glue all over the place.

We also texted Noah last week about our fan making loud noises to which we got NO reply of course. (No surprise there). Is this respectful?

Currently this is the condition of our brand new home that we purchased from INB Homes. This picture that was sent to the “high ups” at INB Homes last week which was ignored. It only takes a few seconds to reply to a text or an email. Respect?

We also sent another email asking why a thin piece of crooked wood is screwed into the inside of our garage to which that email was ignored as well.

Update- we have lived in this house for THREE MONTHS and STILL don’t have a screen on our back porch. We have NO updates on when we will get one (since we’ve been waiting for THREE MONTHS for one. Since the DAY we moved we were promised one. Of course INB Homes lied. Have you forgotten about the sliding door as well as all the numerous other things you were told about for three months? Do we have to remind your company AGAIN of all all those things?

Yet again, the flooring is popping up so you send the same guy who doesn’t speak English, who is using the same rag to wipe up the excess glue that comes off when the flooring is put back down. Called and texted Mike, the manager of the flooring company, Frankie from INB and Carlette the VP, of INB homes to let them ALL know we can not communicate with someone who isn’t fluent in English. We were left here to deal with this ourselves. Clearly INB Homes does not care about their customers when they leave their worksite and expect their CUSTOMERS to deal with all of their subcontractors.

The flooring is already popping up before the guy even left. The guy is blaming it on the humidity and concrete. The flooring is sticky all over because he used the same rag to wipe down the plank with glue on it that spreads to the next plank.

He was told before he left that the pieces were still popping up. Perhaps INB Homes shouldn’t take the cheap way out and buy crappy flooring to make an extra buck. (Multiple contractors have told us this).

Also, right before Christmas we were told all of our granite countertops need to be ripped out and redone. INB Homes couldn’t even see that half of the granite wasn’t even finished.

Ps.

I also texted your subcontractors company who you hired to install all the crooked windows today to see if he had forgotten about us and give us an update on when our sliding glass door will be replaced, (we would also like the correct size screen this time, or this will be the THIRD time the wrong size screen will be ordered) since it has been “a very long time” we have been waiting or even got an update on from anyone.. Of course we never received a text back. It’s been MONTHS (and counting) that we have been wanting to open up our damaged sliding door (with a screen in it) to get fresh air without bugs flying in. INB homes takes a very long time” to fix things or have enough respect to update us without US reaching out to multiple people just to have no answers. We have had patience and still, we continue to wait “a very long time”.

After the construction manager came out last week to attempt to take the “grout” (paint) off our driveway, with WD40, we were told he was going to the store to get a stiffer brush and he said he will be right back. We waited for HOURS. No surprise to us, he never showed and never called to let us know he wasn’t coming. Where is YOUR respect INB Homes? Of course WE had to reach out to him to ask him if he was still coming out to which he said no. He also stated that he has been working with us “for a very long time”. (As if it is OUR fault that THEY take MONTHS (and counting) to fix the issues they were told about on day ONE) Correct, it has been MONTHS for INB Homes to take care of even the simplest of issues. It has been MONTHS (and counting) that we have had to deal with your lies, false promises, and disrespect.

We are STILL waiting to have our back door replaced since it was installed poorly and is damaged . Not to mention since living here for MONTHS we were NEVER able to open our sliding door and get fresh air in because there was NEVER a screen installed when we were promised on day ONE we were getting one. Correct it has been MONTHS ( ”a very long time”) and we are STILL waiting for issues to be fixed in our “new” home. Do you really want to talk about working with us “for a very long time” when you still know there are many issues remaining? It’s been a “very long time” (and counting) to get the paint off of our driveway, which we told the original builder MONTHS ago and were told he would get it out. Correct it has been “a very long time” because INB Homes is too “busy” to fix THEIR wrong doings. It is NOT your customers fault that you take months. Perhaps if INB Homes would fix things and not take MONTHS to do it, you wouldn’t have to complain about “working with us for a very long time”, as if YOU are being the one inconvenienced.

The following is the “caulk” (paint) stains that we were waiting for last week when your construction manager said he would be right back.

“Respect”?

Update number 2

12-11-23

Since our cabinets were crooked and chipped all over. Finally, after months of waiting someone fixed SOME of the damage cabinets. Of course the message from INB Homes was not relayed properly so they weren’t able to fix all of it since the construction manager failed to do his job and tell him about the cabinet in the bathroom as well as another cabinet in the kitchen. Being that the construction manager failed to do his job, again, they have to come back out.

This is the nails they left behind on our floors. Completely disrespectful.

Update 12-11-23

The construction manager told us today (after months of knowing about certain issues such as the floor) that he won’t be working with us anymore. We need to contact someone ELSE AGAIN to get it fixed (the warranty) because he’s acting like WE are being an inconvenience! He said he’s been working with us for MONTHS. CORRECT Mr. Construction manager. It has been MONTHS that you and your company take to resolve even the simplest issues. So thanks for admitting its been MONTHS.

Update #2 and 3

December 7 2023

After lying and saying it was not marker that was written on our granite, yet another “vendor” shows up. Being that multiple people come and go out of our house, every single person puts booties on that we provide. Except the countertop guy who claimed it’s “against company policy”. 😂 A total jerk with NO respect for our home.

Hey INB Homes… again, where is OUR respect?

Update number 3 of the day (so far). Caulking people came out today and dripped caulk all over our floor. Further proving the lack of “respect” we have gotten with INB Homes “vendors”. Perhaps a manager would want to stay to make sure their vendors do things properly so they won’t have to keep coming back multiple times.

12-7

Inspector came out again today to inspect windows. He has to come back out, ONCE AGAIN. Screws are missing on kitchen window (failing inspection), the sliding door must be done before he inspects it (the wrong size door was ordered… TWICE, the front door is not even on the permit! Yet INB HOMES set up this appointment. (Waking us up at 9am. Once again).

What a completely incompetent company.

Update December 1 2023

Finally; almost 3 months later, INB Homes got around to hiring a concrete person who came out today to fix all of the many chunks of concrete missing from our back porch, garage door, and garage steps. He was extremely friendly (INB Homes should learn a thing or two about “respect” and friendliness from him). He also told us that they did very sloppy work on the column on our porch. Funny how INB Homes thinks they “pay attention to detail” when everyone else points out to us what sloppy work they did.

We texted Noah, (still not sure of his title since we have had to deal with numerous people coming and going in our home for almost 3 months. I’m guessing “construction manager” who couldn’t even install the correct closet door in our home since they were two totally different doors) asking when the sharpie marker will be removed (properly) or replaced (properly) to which we got no reply. INB homes thinks they deserve respect and to respond to the VP email. Kiss our behinds INB Homes. You’ll get respect when you learn to give it to your customers since i have spoken to NUMEROUS people who haven’t gotten respect from you after purchasing one of your homes (with tons of issues as well).

.

We got an email from Carlette, the VP of INB Homes who told US she never heard a response from US on an email she sent 😂 Yet their construction manager stays here for an hour, tops,(when they claim he will be here to make sure the “job is done right”. Yet he never stays. We sent him a text asking when our sharpie market will be removed or replaced from our island and of course HE never responded. This is the most hypocritical and disgusting companies we have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. We’ve bought several brand new homes and never had ANY problem with them. This is from the VP of the INB Homes, demanding respect or “the work will not be completed”. Yet( their construction manager (and the VP in the past claiming she “thought she messaged” us back when she didn’t) doesn’t respond to us. They sit on their high horse and think they deserve respect when we are treated like this. 😂 Your company has many negative reviews, your company and yourselves are no one special; don’t think you can demand respect when we haven’t seen any from INB Homes. Learn the definition of “respect”, cupcakes. Again, I’m not the only one who hasn’t gotten it from your disgusting company. Everything is well documented, including my conversations with many of your unhappy customers who you’ve never respected. You people have nerve to talk about “respect” or “the work won’t be completed”.

Update - 11-30-23

Finally, as per their construction manager told us, they “hired a “competent stucco company” this time to fix the stucco around the windows that needed to be ripped out. I was told the construction manager would be here to watch and make sure things are done correctly. He stopped by for a few and left. He is no longer here to make sure things are done properly.

Ladies and gentlemen, THIS is what you get when you purchase a home from INB Homes of Palm coast FL. Lies, disrespect, and broken promises.

Update November 28, 2023

The builder came out today and took down the plastic. Guess it wasn’t needed after all. What was the point in putting plastic up to begin with if it wasn’t needed?

Another day goes by and still, no stucco update. Supposedly you’re looking for a “competent” one this time.

Update 11-27-23

Unfortunately, once again, today we run into what I assume is the definition of “respect” INB Homes loves to demand, but doesn’t give. We don’t feel the “respect” when once again, we got a text this morning at 9:50 AM from your worker who said he would “stop by today”. Of course we weren’t surprised when we waited home all day for him to never show up. No notification he wasn’t coming, no test, no email, nothing. We sat home waiting all day. “Respect”?

Over two months later, INB Homes finally decided to rip out all of my crooked windows and replace them and left with plastic hanging over them since they had to cut some of the stucco out near the window. The subcontractor who came to put the new stucco on the windows they had to rip out got into a woman’s face and yelling obscenities and being extremely intimidating. Yet the owner, Mark (Meir) Rosenwasser, had the nerve to send US an email saying that they won’t work with us to fix the issues they just left unless WE stopped cursing! Mark (Meir) Rosenwasser never apologized for their subcontractor getting into a woman’s face and yelling obscenities at her, nor had he ever apologized for selling a house in this condition.

Do a LOT of research before purchasing. There are negative reviews on Palm coast pages and google. I’m in contact with the multiple people who are having similar issues, one of whom had to have all of the flooring ripped out and replaced because it was bubbling and coming up. I’ve bought multiple brand new homes and we have NEVER been treated so poorly in our lives. Extremely unprofessional company that seems to be fine with men getting into women’s faces and intimidating them, yelling obscenities. Buyer beware!

mark rosenwasser, the owner of INB homes is disrespectful. I had a phone “meeting” with him. (He’s too good to give his number away, but apparently doesn’t care if his employees numbers are given out because we have several of those) then when the “phone meeting” is scheduled, he never shows! I canceled MY meeting at MY job to meet with him and he is so disrespectful he can’t even show up to a “meeting” on time. Save yourself LOTS of stress and never buy a home from INB homes. I’ve been living in a home for two months and NONE of the windows were installed straight, every single one of them is crooked. FINALLY in 4 days they are taking out all my windows and installing NEW ones (hopefully these ones wont have mold on them, and hopefully “their best installer” from the window company they hired can put them in straight!

Replying to comment of INB Homes

Dear Mark,

How extremely hypocritical of you when YOUR vendor got aggressive and got in a woman’s face. The fact that you are saying that you won’t work with US if WE use “vulgar” language is comical considering your “vendor”, a grown MAN shows up acting drunk, got into a WOMANS face, acting like he was going to hit her, and yelling all kinds of obscenities at her. Perhaps you would’ve known all of that if you would communicate with your customers and be a little more involved with the customers who are having severe problems since purchasing one of your brand new homes. There are plenty out there.

We will not tolerate intimidation from you or any of the many subcontractors that INB Homes hires that have been in and out of our house, for over two months “fixing” things, (MOST are STILL not fixed after over two MONTHS (and counting)) of waiting.

Do you expect women to cower in the corner, stay silent, and not tell anyone when a man gets in her face trying to intimidate her? The fact that you think YOU have a right to tell US about “aggression” is extremely hypocritical and truly sad considering you didn’t say one single word about your vendor getting into a woman’s face and yelling at her and disrespecting her.

We are all well aware that you have many, many unsatisfied customers. I have spoken to a few of them so far. I was curious if you make a habit out of hiring subcontractors who are completely hostile, disrespectful and unprofessional? Do you always make a habit out of turning around and pointing your finger at the woman and insinuate that it is HER fault.

You have yet to apologize for that or the fact that you have put my family and I through hell for over two months (and counting). My disabled husband, (who had three brain surgeries and it is very important to keep the stress to a minimum) is tired of the stress, our two sons, and I have accepted the unspoken apology you won’t give. You’re so worried about the many negative reviews online that you’ve gotten from numerous people, and words that hurt your feelings, but yet seem to be completely unbothered by a man you hired getting in a woman’s face.

We have had patience for over two months waiting for our MOLDY window to be ripped out. We have been patient for months when my disabled husband trips on your flooring that you’re well aware continues to pop up. I have spoken to someone else who had to have their entire floor ripped out and replaced because they had waves all over their floor and they kept popping up as well. Yet you sold more houses with the same flooring knowing they had problems? We are one of many who have major issues since purchasing one of your homes.

We have been patient waiting for someone to come and rip the nails out of the floor when we almost stepped on one. We have been patient waiting for the garbage and wood pieces with nails sticking up to be picked up in our backyard that your vendors leave behind. We have been patient for months (and counting) looking at all of our green tape around our home that your company has still not fixed. We have been patient for the TWO times your vendors ordered the wrong sliding glass door and now have to wait ANOTHER 3 weeks without being able to open our sliding door, being that there was never a screen in it to begin with(for over two months now) because your vendors ordered the wrong size screen. We have been patient for over two months that we have not been able to open our windows properly. We have had patience watching our electrical bill go out the window because of the large gaps that are in our front door. I can go on and on if you’d like, but you already have the long list of issues. You’ve sat on it for a long time and still, the issues are still here. Now I just have plastic hanging from my house instead of the crooked windows.

On behalf of myself and many others

I would like to give you a bit of advice; if you’re looking for respect, make sure your customers are getting it first. If INB Hones wants respect, don’t hire men who like to intimidate women. It it’s respect you want, perhaps you should fix the long list of issues that you’re aware of and have your workers fix the issues in a timely matter, not over two months (and counting). If you want respect, don’t point blame at the woman when a man is in her face intimidating her. If INB Homes wants respect, dont hire subcontractors that fling white substances like paint or caulk on our vehicles while they’re cleaning off their tools in our driveway. You have nerve to talk about “respect” when we haven’t seen any from you.

It’s sad to know we aren’t the only ones who are having major difficulties with INB homes. I have heard nightmares from many of your buyers. Perhaps you should take some time to listen and have compassion to your customers serious concerns, like the mold that was on my kitchen window for over two months.

You get your feelings hurt over words?then I assure you Mark; you couldn’t possibly handle what you have put us through. You couldn’t possibly understand what it’s like to be a woman and have a man get in your face, intimidating you, acting like they were going to hit you, and yelling at you, like the “vendor” you hire did to me.

Ps.

This is the plastic your workers covered my windows with after they had to be ripped out because every single one of them were installed horribly and crooked. Most of the plastic fell down that night. I’m sure you’re aware, being that we have sent the pictures of the plastic falling over to your worker. We expected not to hear anything back like most of our other concerns, and of course, we were right.

We assume INB Homes put the plastic up on our “new” home, after every single crooked window had to be ripped out, the day before Thanksgiving, for a reason. I assume my new home is yet again going to have more issues like the moldy kitchen window that had to be ripped out. As you sit there and take your time to fix these major issues, the windows are now being exposed to yet more elements. Apparently people are unaware that wet tape (from it raining while my windows are sitting here, exposed to it) doesn’t stick too well to stucco.

INB homes continues to blow us away with the incompetence.

You just stated “IF there are issues that still need attention”…. At this point I have to laugh and ask if you are joking? Is this a joke? “IF”? Mark, I’m sure you’re well aware that my windows are exposed to rain and moisture now and duct tape is hanging from my windows a day before thanksgiving and holes outside of my front door that are now exposed to the elements, once again, just like the crooked window that had to be ripped out with mold on it. Im wire you’re also well aware of the VERY long list we sent you and your workers with the major issues we are having for over two months now. Yes, Mark, as you are very well aware, there are still MANY major issues that, after months of waiting; have STILL not been resolved. Would you like for us to list them once again for you? We already gave it to one lady who no longer works for you. We gave you copies as well as your VP. Are you proud of the way you treat your customers?

Let us know if, once again, you need us to send someone the long list of issues you have refused to fix as of yet.

Thank you for your understanding as well Mark. I assume after asking us “IF” we have more issues, you’re well aware of the answer now.
