I, as with every post I have read thus far, am very disappointed with this. I will simply repeat some of the shared experiences; paid for a lifetime membership, lost many valuable pictures and messages. My sisters children, as well as myself, used this platform to share a feeling, a memory and moment; an outlet. There needs to be compensation for the families that paid for the services they expected to receive.
Desired outcome: Reinstate the website or find a way to monetarily compensate the families who paid into this service. No amount of money can compensate someone’s feelings or memories, but as a gesture of good faith.
