imt*credit reports matter review: money taken out of account 22

£19.95 has yet again been takin out of my account and i wish to have it replaced! They ignore me when I contact them. Please help me and advise me what to do. Thank you

Money has been taken out my account and i dont know why its been taken out i want it back

I've had money taken from my account and I've never gave permission for this to be done not happy at all

I have no idea how my data ended up in this company, they have been taking £19, 95 from my account since January 2014, have lost £340, I'm a student so I never seek for this service, I'm very upset, angry and stressed I have just noticed this until now, I hope I can get my money back

Who are the hell is this people taken money from my account I want it back please help

I have had 19.99 took out of my account off these people and have never signed up for this. will be going to my bank as soon as it opens on tuesday

Checking my bank account I find that had £19.95 Dec 13, Jan14, Feb14and April 14. I checked with my bank and they could not tell me who the company was. I therefore have cancelled this payment but demand that £79.80 is returned to my account immediately. I am not aware that I have authorised this payment or have received any service from it. Just wanted to let you all know that this payment is usually (but not solely) initiated through some sort of payday loan/credit agency offering a (free) monthly credit report. You can go into your bank and ask them to do a Visa Dispute from the date that this started this will make the bank get your money back for you. However please be aware that if the bank finds that you did agree to the terms and conditions but any means they do have the right to take the money back, this may put you overdrawn (with charges). Also don't think that closing the account down after removing all the funds will help either as they will just re open the account and withdrawal the money the debt then becoming yours, this usually gets sold on to a third party debt collector that is wholly owned by the bank themselves. They will then heap even more charges on top. HOWEVER the banks have a duty of care to make sure that they stop any further payments to that company from the day that you tell to do so.

I want my money back I have never given you permission to take money for the last two months how dare you think you can get away with this and how did you obtain my details as I have never asked for your service I want you to refund me in full

I have checked my bank account and i have had £19.95 taken against my say so. If my money isnt back in the account today i shall be takung the further. Also i have a young child to feed but i cant due to money being wrongly taken!

I noticed £19.95 has been taken out of my bank the last 2 months.I did not ask or need this service.How can a company just take money without your permission.I am a pensioner and i cannot afford to lose this money as i am sure everyone else are feeling the same.Please could anyone advise me what to do next .

I have just noticed they have taken £19.95 out my account every month since may 2013 contacted them and they offered a £19, 95 refund and cancelation they have given me nothing for my £180 this is outright fraud they are doing this to hundreds or thousands of people it needs dealt with I'm going to the bank and trading standards ...

Hey Guys I have been caught up by these scammers, and have been building a strong case against them, in addition to the numerous complaints about this company i have found them to be acting contary to Section 2 paragraph 2 part (a) of the 'Supply of goods and services Act 1982' which quotes: 'The goods are free, and will REMAIN free until the time when the property is to be transferred, from ANY CHARGE OR ENCUMBERANCE NOT DISCLOSED OR KNOWN TO THE TRANSFEREE BEFORE THE CONTRACT IS KNOWN' Basically if you was not aware of any charges they are not legally allowed to charge them, although their fraudulent methods to get your payment details should mean when you contact them they would want to get you off there case. I am going now to put this to them, wish me luck I will advise you what they say!

Twice in the last few months I have had £19.95 taken out of my account by your company which were not authorised my myself. I would apprisiate it if you would refund my money and cancel all of my details from your records! If I don't receive any contact or my money back within 7days I will have no option but to report you to trading standards.

i also have found out that £19.95 was taken out of my account and my bank's fraud squad is looking into the matter...once i know the culprits i will take legal action

yes, MT credit reports MA, is expert in this fraud. I would consider anyone who has been a victim of this crime and take legal action against this fraudster company. I have already contacted many victims who have been exposed to robbery. Victims are coming together for potential legal action. We have managed to form a very strong team who is committed to name and shame this company. We will see the full force of law very shortly.
