I enrolled in a course at IMS Indore, part of IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd., but due to unforeseen family issues and a sudden career shift, I had to withdraw shortly after enrollment. The course had barely started, yet despite reaching out multiple times with a sincere explanation, the institute refused to refund my amount.
This experience has been deeply disappointing. I expected some level of empathy or flexibility, especially from a reputed education brand. Their rigid refund policy clearly shows a lack of concern for students facing genuine life difficulties.
While I appreciate the personal efforts of Mr. Prakash Rajput and Ms. Trupti Guralwar, who tried to assist at a local level, the overall policy from the management remains unhelpful.
I urge Mr. Anand Sutaria (CEO) and Mr. Kamlesh Sajnani (Managing Director) of IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd. to seriously reconsider such student-unfriendly policies and adopt a more compassionate and case-sensitive approach in the future.
